Did you know that as soon as the Dutch government would implement a law that would reduce how many years of alimony women would receive, the divorce rate skyrocketed. Women rushed to divorce their husbands so that said men can remain their ATM's even longer.

Regardless of your gender, if you fuck up with your decisions in life, take full responsibility and fix yourself and change for the better.
I don't believe this it's women's fault because I know some women who are scared to be in a relationship just to be cheated on in the end. So they stay single.
Being in a relationship is hard. Finding a partner who values commitment and family is harder, but those men and women do exist. They just have to find each other. Lol
But yeah, the key here, I believe is to have values and find someone who shares your values.

My post was meant more my repudiation of @Lanmandragon post which boils down to nothing more then man up.
Its not mean to be stunning or provocative and the dutch government thing is not a statistic from years ago. It just happened recently.
And Men too are scared of being cheated on. But nobody cares. All comments are basically like yours, man up.
The question though is, why should one man up? Whats the incentive? To put oneself at the mercy of women and the state?
Ok let me translate Life's argument into economic terms.
Relationships, are like any kind of transaction there are costs and benifits.
In this case there is a demand for relationships with women and a supply of women who want to be in relationships.
In economics Price ceilings create excess demand and price floors create a surplus, what our current way of doing things does is create a price floor.
Lets take welfare, for a single mother they can get up to close to 17,000 dollars in benefits in missippi the least generous state and up to 49,000 In Hawaii. The average that gets brought up is around 35,000 dollars. That's what you as a man have to make to beat uncle Sam.
However for a man it gets worse.
If a woman divorces you she gets child support, and maybe Alimony on top of that welfare she also at minimum gets half your stuff, and chances are gets the home. By the way Child support and Alimony often dont count for purposes of welfare. Lets say you make the median wage 50,000 a month.
She gets half 25,000 a month +35,000 a month thats 60,000 dollars a month in benifits and child support. Uncle Sam is now officially giving her a better life then most people to destroy your marrage. But the price floor gets worse most men lose the maritable home dispite often paying more or all of the money into it.
The price of an average home is over 200,000 dollars.
That makes the price floor even worse.
The result of this price floor is going to be lonely cat ladies and the worse it gets the more of a surplus will be created. Lifes central argument is make the price floor less shitty and more men will get married and have families.

One thing I will add is that its not Men thats driving the birth rate down. Its women. UN reports blatantly state that once Women of a country get educated and all of that, the birth rate plummets. Men have nothing to do with this. Its all Women but no one wants to confront this fact.

How about in a situations like, a woman have money in the bank/savings and assets, a man have money in the bank/savings and assets. They are both single, no child. They got married. The assets automatically will be their conjugal properties, right ? And their money in the bank, they have a choice to maintain it as theirs or to name each other as authorize person.

They both have a job. Eventually, they have a house and two kids.
So if they're going to have a divorce, aren't the assets will be split? The house they can sell it, right ? And split the money or percentage each. Depends. And the child support, so the state/court will not require the mother to pay? Even if just a small percentage for the child support?

In cases were divorce will have a negative impact on a womans lifestyle it will become more rare. The reason it is so common with women is because it is incentivised. In a case of a truely even split with no alimony or childsupport divorce becomes less likely because the price of such actions is a reduced standard of living.
That reduction in a standard of living by the way is a good thing, for society. The children of single mothers do worse in pretty much every single metric, their a net loss for society as a whole. Divorce should be this really serious last resort, not a way to win cash and prizes.

Anyway, while dating anime characters is the least damaging option on a personal and societal level, due to it avoiding participation in and propagation of the attitudes of promoted by the current culture, both options point to the fact that society is fucked up to some degree. The fact that these issues have failed to be addressed for at least two decades have put us into a position where I'm not sure our current society deserves to continue, because the current set of perverse incentives deny people fundamental emotional and biological needs.
