Musk actually buys Twitter.

Australia is threatening to fine Twitter nearly three-quarters of a million dollars a day if Twitter doesn't do something about hate speech. I find it hilarious that her actual complaint is that Twitter is "Generating Reports."
But twitter is banning hate speech. I am still banned on twitter for "hate speech" that they claim "promotes violence" against trans people
post that got me banned according to twitter said:
@DrJenGunter 1. you are parroting the lies of dr john money 2. gender dysphoria was a mental disorder until literal violence was used to force real scientists to lie and claim it is not. https://[...]
the cut link was citation on the violence used to make the american association of psychiatry change their definition.
can't get the full thing since they already deleted that post. even though they want me to ritually re-delete it myself.
their reply said:
Violating our rules against hateful conduct

Our support team has determined that a violation did take place, and therefore we will not overturn our decision.

You will not be able to access Twitter through your account due to violations of the Twitter Rules, specifically our rules around:
In order to restore account functionality, you can resolve the violations by logging into your account and completing the on-screen instructions.
the violated rule said:
Hateful conduct: You may not promote violence against or directly attack or threaten other people on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, caste, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, religious affiliation, age, disability, or serious disease. We also do not allow accounts whose primary purpose is inciting harm towards others on the basis of these categories.
Granted, they will allow me back if I admit I was wrong, apologize, and ritually debase myself by personally re-deleting the already deleted by mods post.

I refuse to supplicate myself like that.
I will only return if they will admit they were wrong and overturn that ban and reinstate that hidden tweet.

"Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg won two medals in a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu tournament held at a Silicon Valley high school Saturday, adding to the tech leader's vast array of extracurricular activities.

"The 38-year-old Zuckerberg competed at the BJJ Tour competition in Woodside, California. Zuckerberg won the gold medal in the Nogi Master 1 White Belt Feather Weight Division and the Silver medal in the Gi Master 2 White Belt Feather Weight Division, BJJ Tour confirmed.

" "Competed in my first jiu jitsu tournament and won some medals for the Guerrilla Jiu Jitsu team," Zuckerberg posted on Facebook. The post garnered more than 40,000 comments including from UFC fighter Conor McGregor and jiu-jitsu world champion Bernardo Faria.

"On an August 2022 episode of the "Joe Rogan Experience" podcast, Zuckerberg said he found Jiu-Jitsu to help boost his energy and focus at work. He called the sport "primal." He began practicing the skill during the pandemic.

"Zuckerberg's trainer said he was inspired by the famous Facebook founder's ability to continue to learn new skills and accept challenges for himself.

" "Getting to see Zuck compete was pretty epic," said Zuckerberg's trainer Kai Wu. "No match was easy and everything was earned. It was an honor to be able to help coach and offer any advice I could.

"Zuckerberg has given himself a series of annual challenges, including learning Chinese and killing all meat that he eats. He succeeded in giving a 20-minute speech in Mandarin while visiting Tsingua University in Beijing in 2015."

If you mean to ask why they are showing a video totally unrelated to the story in the text, I have no idea.

Zuckerberg has been doing all sorts of physical activities. Not just surfing and BJJ. Remember that video from a while back where he was throwing javelins at targets and stuff? I think Zuck, despite his size disadvantage, would break Elon Musk in a cage fight. Elon is self admittedly not exercising very often and is kinda soft around the ol midsection and all.

I don't really keep track of European stuff but isn't she the recently elected based one making waves?
She is better than those who preceded her and considering her opposition is the lesbian daughter of two rich professors that is pro-abortion and other progressive bullcrap she is certainly much better, but even the Communist Party of Marco Rizzo is more nationalistic than her. Her party might be fusing with Force Italy! of the now deceased Berlusconi and might actually hold power for long.
She likely got the Polish deal which is basically "We don't like you but as long as your foreign policy is aligned with us we don't care how you run Italy".

She is also THE FIRST WOMAN PM in Italy and she is right wing as well.

My first guess is more woke employee sabotage.

Twitter has nonpayment of rent lawsuits against it not only in Boulder (this one), but also reportedly in London, New York, San Francisco, and several other cities. Musk has made it pretty openly clear that he doesn't feel morally/ethically bound to continue business contracts estalished by previous management, and is willing to 'renegotiate' those deals by simply refusing payment until it's all dragged out in court.

Nah, Boulder is the inland Woke Capital of the US; the infections of wokeness that happened in Cali and NYC were often nutured and husbanded by people from Boulder, due to the place being both woke, and home to a lot of high tech companies/labs/aerospace groups.

Lots of NASA probes, and Far-Left talking points, were cultivated in the halls of Boulder, before getting transplanted to the coasts and DC for launch and implementation.

Oh. thanks for the explanation.
In that case, I wonder then if by getting evicted he is getting around some weird clauses that forbid him from leaving.

Like woke labor laws that forbid him from firing people in those places. Or union contracts. Or contracts that posit immense penalties for voluntarily leaving those offices.

Commercial leases are generally fixed term, and just as with residential leases, a fixed term lease cannot be unilaterally terminated at will by either party. It's not "woke", it's straight contract law and as capitalist/conservative as it gets.

the only place where I used the word woke was "laws forbidding firing people"
Some states have laws that straight up forbid businesses from laying off people.

So I was speculating that by getting evicted he was exploiting a looping hole in those laws to fire people.

However, post above yours already clarified the issue further with the counter suit

Reading the comments, it seems a lot of people have convinced themselves that none of the problems currently facing Twitter existed before Elon Musk showed up (like their chronic inability to turn a profit), and that he is some sort of insane super villain who perverted what they believe was once the perfect community. In my opinion, they're just upset he disturbed their echo chamber.
