The polish ones says something about no one will work diligently if everyone gets a premium(probably end of year bonus)

The other one is basically "typical Janusz" I assume.
You got the first one correctly - everybody gets bonus=nobody puts in extra effort.

Tipov/y is basically used for standard type here but only for flour and bread.
