It used to drive me up the wall how israel always apologized right away as soon as an accusation was levied before even looking into it. even when it ended up being a fake accusation.

like when they showed that rusty old ambulance someone cut a hole a the roof of and said it was hit by an israeli rocket. As if a rocket would just make a tiny hole in the roof instead of completely devastating the vehicle.

Depends on if it detonated on impact or not. If the metal was too think, or the impact detonator* was faulty, the rocket could have plunged through the roof without detonating.

In that case they would have had an undetonated rocket though. which they didn't, they only had a roof with a hole.

there was also rust around the edges of the hole showing it was there for a while
and it was also where the lights were. so someone just tore out the flashing roof lights and left it to rust for a while before starting to claim it was a rocket hit.

The media was talking about how much the speech impacted the audience or something but it was footage from something else so it showed Zelensky was in the audience for his own speech.
