Could it be falsified, video from one source with audio and title bar from another source? Sure, but it's usually the western media doing the falsification. Fake news loves their faked shots. Weepy women and children pretending to run by the border wall, rapefugees zoomed in to appear stranded in the Mediterranean by clipping out the ones standing up in two feet of water, all the White Helmet lies they repeated breathlessly.
