Yup Hamas are cowards, and Al Jazera is Arab propaganda and you can't trust them to report neutral in issues regarding the middle east.
I usually don't mind Al Jazeera in most cases when it comes to a lot of international stories. Just like with the BBC in some respects. When it involves their voter/support base though they again mimick the BBC when it comes to bias. 🤣

I don't really buy the idea that the Qatar state-run media outlet is trustworthy on international issues, lol.

Well everyone has interests, and their bias supports their interests. Does Qatar have international interests? Like would they have a preference if a war broke out between Argentina and Brazil would they care? That's why I say they can be trusted, unlike the U.S. we have interests EVERYWHRE that means we will always have a preference. But if you don't have a preference between one side or the other it's more likely to be objective.
The bias is usually in their commentary and maybe story selection. Most of the bias in the "news" is typically if it pertains to Qatar and its direct interests like with what we're seeing in the Israel-Gaza Conflict.

In fact that’s something I respect Israel on they don’t do the whole Bush “we don’t negotiate to save ur people thing.”
Israel cares about its people more than political policy. Or at least that’s what it looks like.
That's literally not the point of the video. The logic the journalist is using is simply ass backwards.
The journalist was stating that the reason the Israelis are releasing 150 Palestinians for 50 Israelis is due to the implication that Israelis value Israelis three times as much as Palestinians. The logic behind that journalists assumption is incredibly retarded and myopic.
There's a reason I posted this in the Media Cringe thread and not the Israeli-Palestine one and it's because the journalist is presenting a horrible take completely independent of the political issue they are discussing.

I was just saying that it’s normal for Israeli to value fellow Israeli over the enemy or others. There is nothing wrong with that necessarily.
