Not at all. Is Serbia presently an isolated North Korea for its acts in the '90s? Instead, they are getting closer and closer to EU membership! Of course, Serbia is a mess, but it was a mess before the '90s, too.
Is China generally interdicted for slaughtering Uyghurs? Is Turkey under embargo for decades of murdering and oppressing Kurds? Or for backing the Azeris in "Armenian genocide 2.0: Nagorno-Boogaloo"?
No, no and no.
Twenty years, at most. Then it has passed from the mainstream public consciousness. And if you have something to offer the world, then many will look the other way even as it happens. There'll be plenty of toothless resolutions, but the flow of trade probably won't even stop. And if it does... I say again: two decades of sanctions at most. At the very most.
Of course, if you go full holocaust, you are making it difficult for people to like you. But marching all Palestinians across the border into already-chaotic Syria, at bayonet point? That gets outrage as it happens, and silence once it's done. And once Jews have repopulated the area and lived there for a few years, the world will quitely admit that no Arab will ever be returning. What's done, as they say, is done. And stays done.
So get on with it.
