As I said above: he got lucky.
A multi-person hit team using the same innacurate cartridge and rifle would have needed to fire at precise times to within milliseconds to get the same results.
A highly improbable bullet bouncing all over the place is a better explaination than the myriad of conspiricy theories which abound.

My big sis Euphie can easily get 28-29 aimed shots on target with a Short-Magazine Lee-Enfieid within a minute. She says she can do 32ish at 1,600 yards.Honestly that spaghetti rifle isn't bad as bolt-action rifles go. I'd take one of those before I take a Moist Nugget.
I believe her because she doesn't look like she's rushing things when she reloads.
EDIT: I can get maybe one shot on target at that range on an excellent day.
