The problem with the brits stiff upper lip atitude is that they can and will endure all sorts of horrific abuse in the name of politeness, where most people would have lashed out long before. Germany was occupied after WW2 - but,from 1953 are free state.If their elites wanted keep their culture,they would do so.Blame german elites,not others.

If you displace part of population/not all of prussian population was displaced/,and declare that their state do not exist,it is not genocide.
That was what Russia,Prussia and Austria did to Poland - but polish nation survived,and 123 years later created new state.
After german-soviet alliance massacred us,we still survived,and,when soviets fell,still have our nation and state.

If prussians were strong nation,they would survive till 1992 and become state again.They never did so,becouse all of their strenght come from state,so without state they ceased to exist.
