Ah. So you're just flat-out detached from reality. I won't bother then.

(To be fair to you, things like CIA coups and cold war invasions did happen, but it's clear that your understanding of why is farcical at best.)

It's always awkward when you ask specific questions and then the response is like fifteen random points that are only tangentially related to the original discussion. In the actual main Ukraine thread, we had a vibrant (albeit brief) discussion on the USS Maine after all for some reason.

REMEMBER THE MAINE!

No you are the one detached from reality by pretending your country isn't the parasitic presence it is and that has still some good in it. Saving Ukraine because muh democracy

Newsflash.

The last good thing the US did was defeating the Nazis.

That's ridiculous, no one is cheering for WW3.
Russia is just playing brinkmanship hard (after all its not like their rulers have to worry about legions of shitlibs shitting their pants over it and electing some boring, demented old man instead to be "back to boring normal"). So its either respond in kind, or let Russia know that they can do whatever they want and there will be no consequences for it except for maybe a stern letter to the UN. Considering the state of western politics now, its not surprising that Putin would be hoping that the west will choose the second option now. - if not now, when?

A Washington Post editorial by Karen Attiah was extremely critical of Andrew Yangs (long retracted) defense of Joe Rogan by stating he was friends with many Black people and not a racist.

Karen (snigger) stated:
FLIKpuIWYAAX6iP

With logic this powerful, it's amazing no one has ever heard of this magnificent thinker before.

It's nice that the Washington Post elevated folks like Karen Attiah to pen amazing columns like this for their organization BUT you know who else elevated women to high positions in their organization?

Yeah. Think about it.

It's called the "The Parental Rights in Education" bill in Florida but for some mysterious reason, neutral media outlets have been referring to it as something else...

FLUiltHXsAMKkIn

It's even being admitted in some of the articles using the biased headline that it's a term that's adopted by critics.

CBS News said:
The Parental Rights in Education bill, commonly referred to the "Don't Say Gay" bill by its critics,

Yet the headlines pictured above aren't op-eds, they are news articles.
