Only if that person is a Lefty.Biden is irrelevant. Whoever wins will still have to bend the knee on CRT, mass immigration and LGBT stuff.
Trump didn't & won't if he's elected again, Desantis won't, and there are others.

To be honest, I'm not sure CRT was even on Trump's radar.
Immigration most definitely was, and Trump made a significant impact on that. Unfortunately, the new admin has more than made up for that...in what I'd term criminal behavior.
LGBT was also something that Trump didn't really care about.
You're right though that the Pres will not solve our problems, and we need to focus on the culture war. However, we have no need of theoretical structure or praxis. We already have it. Nuclear family, individual liberty, American dream IS alive, stop illegal immigration, Rule of Law for ALL criminals to be held accountable no matter what position/status/gender/race/other, removal of the bloated/self-interested bureacracy, shrink government, reduce taxes...do you need me to go on?
None of that is compelling anymore. Its old, tired classical liberalism. The new ideology is specifically adapted to appropriate and exploit those ideas, like a parasite.
What makes a difference in the long run is changing the culture itself, and for that you need to create a compelling theoretical structure and a praxis to challenge the current hegemonic ideas.

What they're actually talking about is stopping democracy, because democracy might elect someone they don't like.
If they cover Joe Biden accurately, it might make people support the wrong candidate.
Democracy is their enemy here. They seek to end it by manipulating the public.
The public voting for someone the elite doesn't like is democracy in acton. It's why democracy exists.
Not compelling...
Did you pay ANY attention to the movement Trump got as a result of wanting to curtail just illegal immigration in his platform?
Have you noticed that the Left is completely on the defensive regarding CRT?
Did you see how stupid the Left looked when its only defense of abortion law was 'it's precedence' and then proceeded to actually defend segregation law?

They took a shitpost clip of Nikado talking shit about some random bullshit edited with Holocaust site scrolling as a simple joke, and thought it was serious.
B/C the USSR (and now Russia) as well as the CCP spend lots of money to quiet the talk of their purges.Saying it was exaggerated is not a denier. Some people have a real warped idea of how many died in "The Holocaust". But don't get me started on soviet purges vs The Holocaust and Jewish victims vs Slavs, the disabled, and those deemed irredeemably insane/perverted like homosexuals. Somehow it's all about Jewish people all the time until you get to actual numbers killed, then they are happy to throw all the other corpses on the pile.
