In an attempt to be fair to the female Twitterites, many internet/instagram models do alter their photos - not talking just filters but straight up edit their hip to waist ratio. That has been going on for a long time but, nevertheless even so for female the bar for being attractive is basically don't be too fat and don't have a bunch of visible and obvious stds. Not even saying you have to be a stick figure and I, personally like the female figure that was the standard of beauty in the ancient world:
