Minor issue but the counterprotestors buying burn, loot, murderers pizzas is unbelievably gay and retarded. These people burned cities for months, they terrorized normal law-abiding people, and now they are are trying to intimidate a court into sentencing an innocent man to life in prison. They hate you, they want you dead or in prison and your kids brainwashed and raped, and they think it's funny.

The whole "we don't actually hate each other it's just the ELITES who want us to fight" meme is dumb and cope.

The fact that these people are their enemies hasn't sunk in yet. Once the fact that these people are honest to god enemies that will change. God help us when that happens.

The Dan O'Donnell Show" can now report exclusively that Jump Kick Man is a 40-year-old Black male from Kenosha with an extensive criminal record who was at the time of the Rittenhouse shootings on probation following a conviction for domestic violence battery. He faced a maximum sentence of nine months in jail, but less than two months before he kicked Rittenhouse, he accepted a plea deal that netted him 12 months' probation. The following year, he violated the terms of his probation and was sentenced to seven months in jail.

The Judge is certainly still aware that the best possible outcome for Kyle is that the Jury rules him innocent, and after the clownshow of a trial, there's no sane reason for them not to.

If they end up hung due to Jury intimidation (guilty is almost but not quite impossible at this point), then the judge can choose whether to dismiss due to prejudice, or immediately kick it up to an appeal.

Not enough, they need to push and hammer the damn table listing out all the prosecution's sins and violations of Kyle's 5th Amendment Rights and state all these violations are incurable and must be made right now with a mistrial with prejudice.

They got a win handed to them, they must advocate and hard.
