Whites are being replaced in the USA not in the regular way you would think when you hear of "demographic replacement", they are being written out on a cultural level. The Dems have gotten so insane in CRT bullshit they now see whiteness as a ideology on itself, and White People as it manifest. They will not be done by exterminating white people and replacing them all with a horde of mestizos like some of the more far right reaches think, that is failing to actually understand the issue. They see America Itself, the principles or meritocracy and Freedom and Western Liberal Democracy as "White". CNN did a article on it, where they writer straight up said that even if all whites were gone, the "white adjacent" Hispanics and Asians would just take over and keep the White Supremacy going.
That is what needs to stop, and you can bet your ass plenty of non-whites and especially those "white adjacent" groups are not gonna stand for it. They say "White Supremacy", they mean America itself as a concept.

You weren't thrilled with Sotomayor being on the US Supreme Court.
The warning signs were there with Sotomayor when during the nomination process she was incapable of explaining her Judicial philosophy, not in regards to specific cases but rejecting the idea that written law should be objective, and that ethnic backgrounds and 'physiological differences' should affect ones rulings. Plus the fact that identity politics did play an important part in her nomination unfortunately.
I think every other recent Justice actually had the merit even if I found the politics of them often disagreeable. Like Ruth Bader Ginsburg was probably far more liberal then even Sotomayor, but she was still eminently qualified to be on the Supreme Court even if I disagree with the political outlook of her judicial philosophy. Same with say Elena Kagan (whose actually more moderate).
Having another Sotomayor on the Court simply for being a Black Female would be deleterious to the Supreme Court. There's undoubtedly plenty of qualified "liberal" Judges or whatever that could be elevated to the Court and worthy of it based on merit and some might even be Black Females, but Biden is already reducing the pool to like a few dozen potential candidates right off the bat solely due to racial and gender based identity politics.

They were there even before that, a number of commentators and legal observers from across the political spectrum said nominating her was a bad idea. Lawrence Tribe, a man whose defenses of crackpot liberal legal theories are rivaled in scope only by by the crackpot liberal legal theories he's invented, personally told Obama that it was a bad idea to put her on the court (Tribe has since reversed on this, but given her actual record he's clearly just in CYA mode here).
