Have at least 94 buses ready, 2 for each of the continental states (cuz, Alaska and Hawaii won't quite be in bus range, and I don't count Florida as a destination).

Then just tell the drivers to pick a suburb to drop them in, preferably a very wealthy one.
We need boats to send them to hawaii

Study: 59% of non-citizen migrants use welfare

Who says laws preventing entry by migrants likely to become public charges have any meaning?

According to a new study from the Center for Immigration Studies, citing the U.S. Census's 2022 Survey of Income and Program Participation (SIPP), such laws are a joke.

Migrants are America's most prodigious consumers of government welfare programs.

CIS's Steven A. Camarota and Karen Ziegler write:

Among the findings:
  • The 2022 SIPP indicates that 54 percent of households headed by immigrants — naturalized citizens, legal residents, and illegal immigrants — used one or more major welfare program. This compares to 39 percent for U.S.-born households.
  • The rate is 59 percent for non-citizen households (e.g. green card holders and illegal immigrants).
  • Compared to households headed by the U.S.-born, immigrant-headed households have especially high use of food programs (36 percent vs. 25 percent for the U.S.-born), Medicaid (37 percent vs. 25 percent for the U.S.-born), and the Earned In
  • come Tax Credit (16 percent vs. 12 percent for the U.S.-born).
  • Our best estimate is that 59 percent of households headed by illegal immigrants, also called the undocumented, use at least one major program. We have no evidence this is due to fraud. Among legal immigrants we estimate the rate is 52 percent.
  • Illegal immigrants can receive welfare on behalf of U.S.-born children, and illegal immigrant children can receive school lunch/breakfast and WIC directly. A number of states provide Medicaid to some illegal adults and children, and a few provide SNAP. Several million illegal immigrants also have work authorization (e.g. DACA, TPS, and some asylum applicants) allowing receipt of the EITC.
Which tells us a lot about why the migrant crisis is so expensive. The current figures cover the period before the most recent border surge, which is the highest in history.

What that means is that the costs are going to go significantly higher as migrants have children here to secure their status here and then draw welfare benefits on behalf of their U.S.-born children. They will then bring in equally situated family members of comparable education, skills and social capital into the country once they are permitted to stay. These costs will extend for decades.

What that adds up to is a huge welfare cost to U.S. taxpayers, and a big benefit bonanza to foreign nationals who've never paid a penny into the system they're mining for a better life, while more often than not, do not have a right to be here.

There are laws on the books against admitting migrants likely to become public charges. It's pretty obvious here that these laws are being ignored.

Who knew that Joe Biden's open borders would import the welfare classes of more than a hundred-fifty countries into the U.S. and then tell taxpayers that immigrants enrich our country and anyone looking at the data is a xenophobe?

It's one of the biggest myths out there that migrants aren't a drain on the public fisc. It's not just the cost of feeding and transporting and "processing" them at the border itself and in the sanctuary cities they travel to -- it's a lifetime of costs that go well beyond the billions that are bankrupting New York City just from the illegal entries.

Something's got to give here. The great libertarian economist Milton Friedman once noted that one can have open borders, one can have a welfare state, but one cannot have both; the one is incompatible with the other. At the rate Joe's open border is going, the welfare state is going to be the one that goes as the U.S. is bankrupted from giving a free ride to every foreign national who can cross the U.S. border without papers.

Contrary to what the Biden administration would have you think, illegal aliens are America's foremost users of public welfare and easily get around all supposed prohibitions on their use of it.

This is a major distraction from the real scandal engulfing the Catholic Church at the moment, which is that major figures, including cardinals and bishops, have funneling millions of euros to NGOs that are bringing migrants to Europe. The Church is actively conspiring in the demographic replacement of Europe's population, perhaps even with the blessing of Pope Francis.
I wrote a short essay on this on my Subst*ck yesterday. Here it is:

***

Nobody is coming to save you.

The police aren't coming to save you.

The army isn't coming to save you.

The Church isn't coming to save you.

The simple truth is, none of the supposed guardians of traditional values, the institutions that we're told will stand up — one of these days! — and defend us from the onslaught of liberalism, globohomo or whatever you want to call it — not one of these institutions is going to do so. In fact, they're going to do the opposite. They're doing the opposite. Right now.

Don't believe me? Try this on for size.

A new investigation from La Verita, an Italian newspaper, has caused scandal in Italy after revealing that a number of Italian dioceses have been directly funding Mediterranea, an NGO responsible for bringing illegal migrants into Europe by boat. These dioceses have contributed over two million euros to the NGO, with some payments ending up directly in the personal accounts of pro-immigration activists. Tens of thousands of migrants now enter Italy illegally each year, mainly across the sea from North Africa. Over 20,000 migrants landed on Italy's shores in the first three months of this year alone, with large numbers coming via the small island of Lampedusa, situated conveniently close to the North African coast.

The scandal emerged as a result of an official investigation into Mediterranea's activities, after a 2020 incident involving the ship Mare Jonio, which landed on Sicily and disembarked 27 migrants who had been taken from a Danish supply ship, weeks before. Mediterranea was given 135,000 euros by Maersk, the owner of the supply ship. The company claims that payment was an unrelated donation, but the authorities believe it was a direct payoff for taking the migrants and therefore in violation of Italian law. Messages were then intercepted which revealed that prominent figures in the Italian Catholic Church were giving money to the NGO. These included Cardinal Matteo Zuppi of Bologna and Archbishop Corrado Lorefice of Palermo. Cardinal Jean-Claude Hollerich of Luxembourg also donated 25,000 euros.

In one of these messages, Luca Casarini, the activist at the centre of the scandal, openly bragged that he no longer had to work because of the Church's benevolence. Casarini has been close to the current Pope since at least 2019, when to the astonishment of many Casarini was invited to speak at the Vatican's synod, despite the fact that he had very publicly stated his disdain for the Church (which he voiced again in the messages intercepted by the authorities). Some within the Church are now wondering whether the payments made to Mediterranea were made with Pope Francis's approval; although few are likely to assert this outright. Given time, and further evidence, they may.

You can read more about the scandal here. For me, at least, this is proof perfect of my unhappy thesis. It's not that the Catholic Church is just sympathetic to the hundreds of thousands of illegal migrants who cross into European territory every year. We know that already, and it's bad enough: a massive, unprecedented betrayal of the Church's historical role in shaping and protecting Europe's distinct identity. But no, it's even worse. The church is aiding the traffickers who are bringing the migrants to Europe. The Church is an active agent in the collapse of European civilisation — the civilisation it helped to create.

Like I said, the Church isn't coming to save you.

Oswald Spengler famously wrote, in Man and Technics, that "optimism is cowardice." As far as I'm concerned, it's naivety, not optimism, that's the real cowardice. Of course there are still good people in the Catholic Church — Archbishop Vigano, for example — just as there are still good people in the police, the army, the navy, the air force, the universities, the schools, Washington, local government and any other institution you could care to name. But the institutions themselves are all hopelessly compromised, and we have to recognise it if we ever want to make a truly meaningful change. Even the Catholic Church, which has probably the most conservative mandate of all — to represent the truth of God's eternal kingdom, in opposition to all earthly trends and ephemera — is now captured, hopelessly it seems.

As my friend Auron MacIntyre likes to say, "Liberalism will hollow out your religion and wear its skin like a trophy."

Amen.

The question really is how, or indeed whether, we can still work within the frameworks of existing institutions. I'd be inclined to say it's unavoidable. But then how do we avoid being neutralised, or even captured, ourselves? I'm not sure I have a good answer yet.

the problem with Suburbia is that its disconected from the problems of Urban and Rural america so they end up oblvious about things until they fucking explode.
Suburbia also drains the tax coffers of a city for little to no gain for the city.

They have the city benefits but without the city costs.

15 GOP Senators Warn Against Secret Border Deal With Democrats

Nearly one-third of Senate Republicans are asking their leaders not to finalize a border agreement with President Joe Biden and other Democrats without allowing members to review it.

The 15 GOP members sent a letter dated Sunday to Republican Conference Chairman John Barrasso, R-Wyo., to ask for a meeting of all Senate Republicans no sooner than Jan. 8, when the House reconvenes.

"Rushed and secret negotiations with Democrats who want an open border and who caused the current crisis will not secure the border," the GOP senators' letter to Barrasso says.

A spokeswoman for Barrasso told The Daily Signal on Monday: "Chairman Barrasso received a request from 15 colleagues for a conference meeting on immigration. He will work with all Republican senators to schedule the meeting."

Sen. James Lankford, R-Okla., was named as the GOP point man to negotiate a border agreement with Senate Democrats. This would be part of a larger deal to fund border security within a national security spending bill to provide U.S. financial aid both to Ukraine's defense against Russia and Israel's war with Hamas.

House Republicans have passed separate funding bills for border security and Israel.

"The fact that President Biden and congressional Democrats are the root cause of the current crisis [at the southern border] is a major problem in conducting good faith negotiations with them," Sen. Ron Johnson, R-Wis., one of the 15 Republicans who signed the letter, said in a written statement Sunday.

The other GOP senators who signed the letter are Mike Lee of Utah; Rick Scott and Marco Rubio of Florida; J.D. Vance of Ohio; Marsha Blackburn of Tennessee; Tommy Tuberville of Alabama; Josh Hawley and Eric Schmitt of Missouri; Ted Budd of North Carolina; Jim Risch of Idaho; Roger Marshall of Kansas; Ted Cruz of Texas; Mike Braun of Indiana; and Lindsey Graham of South Carolina.

"Because President Biden has not faithfully executed existing law, lied repeatedly to the public, ignored and violated Supreme Court rulings, and failed to engage in meaningful negotiations on securing the border until only recently, it is impossible for to trust him to comply with whatever he agrees to," Johnson said. "That's a real challenge for Republican negotiators."

Johnson also said he appreciated Lankford's efforts, but added: "Whatever negotiators produce will need to be fully vetted, discussed, and understood—by members and the general public."

They're shutting down legal commerce to facilitate the intake of illegal "migrants." :cautious:

Why the hell do leftists turbo-fuck the economy whenever they try to fix things? How hard is it to just...Not stop trains, when all you have to do is find non-Americans and punt them back over the border?
Same deal with Covid, apparently some people sneezing in the world required the complete and utter obliteration of trains, planes, boats, and trucks.
Because...Otherwise healthy people in warehouses can't work if somebody elsewhere is sneezing?

I honestly don't understand this.

Islam and Christianity, especially Catholicism, get along with each other as well as the Yautja and Xenomorphs do. The migrants these NGOs dragging to Europe en masse are Muslim, and typically extremist ones at that.

Are... they (the Church) genuinely suicidal? I thought suicide was a sin, yet here we are with the Church literally bringing in barbarians who would happily slit their throats.

The pope is literally a KGB spy sent over from USSR to destroy the church from within. Not joking, speaking literally.

KGB Defector Yuri Bezmenov told us that the KGB was spending 90% of its resources infiltrating schools and churches.
Pope Francis' own history shows he was snapped up by the KGB back in the day.

And he did not go alone, hundreds of cardinals are in the same boat. USSR Atheists who literally got trained by KGB specifically to kill the church from within.

The USSR is long dead. But these people are filled with hate for the christian faith
