No not really. Sure “good” policing requires intelligence and a deft hand being able to solve crimes being able to be personable to have a friendly relationship with witnesses and the community. But many cops aren’t goood but mediocre. All they need to be is thugs of the state using force to maintain order. Historically law enforcement was that preventing theft murder rape, and rebellion and riots. Our current law enforcement have failed at even the bare minimum of what government thugs are suppose to do keep order. It would not be a great loss to fire them all and hire new ones.
You mean select areas have in major cities while smaller towns and counties have had an uptick in how much they have to police.
For local PDs yes it would be a great loss, because you are destroying whole lives good and bad. You would have to sift through everyone.
And for federal agencies, there are jobs that take a lot of training, hell state agencies do as well as some local PDs. It takes time to train and get officers to a level where they are confident. It isn't a quick process

That’s a failure of the American system some places are great usually small rural towns, others like the city are shit.
And no you don’t have to sift through them tell me do you believe in a caste system or something? Are the people currently in the police the only ones able to do the job? Everyone else weak sheep that need protection? If it’s needed an organization can fire all of its janitors and replace them with new ones same with any other job, the same with the police.
And many of those federal agencies are worse than useless. I don’t care how well “trained” the gun grabbers at the ATF are they shouldn’t exist in the first place so I say again there would be no heat loss if they were fired and lost their jobs. Let them starve on the streets, they can’t do the job of stopping riots. Either they abuse their power by fucking with random blacks but them when the blacks start rioting they are too big of pussies to put them down. Yeah a mass purge of many law enforcement agencies is needed. And the new hires should be feted so they won’t be gun grabbers and against the liberals agenda.

Even if a civil war doesn't happen, a lot of people are growing more angry by the day. Eventually, they're going to want to take that anger out on someone; preferably someone they see as at least partially responsible for angering them. I expect we're going to see a marked increase in the number of attempted assassinations of government officials; which will inevitably lead to crackdowns, and then further attempts as people begin to realize that they'll be treated by the state as if they tried regardless.
No, we are more likely headed for the Balkans in the 90's, once states realize DC and the elite there have effectively rendered the Constitution moot.
Once they understand the document they swore loyalty to is effectively dead, that's when things will get spicy, Balkans-style.
We probably won't have ethnic-based conflicts like the Balkans, but we are likely to split up like them.

Regardless of what it will resemble, a lot of people are going to end up dead or worse. We can only hope that those responsible for it all are counted amongst the victims.

"States" aren't a coherent entity, and there is really not many people in the highest levels of state level politics who have an interest in state interests only - they share an elite, more or less.

being a hipster is not in and of itself a bad thing.
There are plenty of people who dress oddly, like obscure music and are really into coffee who are absolutely delightful people to know. The problem is being a self rightous asshole about it.
Its kind of like cross fit, yes it works (hurts like a bitch) but the people who talk about it all the fucking time ruin it for the lot you know.
