Better it goes to them then any of the Antifa aligned groups rioting right now. The worst they can do with it is waste it on things they shouldn't be wasting money on like drugs or alcohol which while bad is ultimately going to only impact them.

Just saying it as I see it. The money will be spent like a lottery winner's first time into a first time millionaire with no spending restraint while "friends" and "neighbours" start sliding in looking for a piece of it.

Because for a good while it seemed as if popular online and media opinion was with the rioters. Then polls started coming in that not only would the majority of Americans happily send the national guard in to put an end to the riots over half would be willing to send in the army to do it. Which was likely the point in time they started to realize they'd miss calculated badly.
