I just read Esper had ordered the soldiers and guardsmen home from DC.
It looks like the Dems and Deep State are trying to hamstring Trump as much as possible to allow the rioting to continue.

Well two Minneapolis Council Members seem on board with this nonsense of dismantling the police department though the Mayor is most vehemently not supportive of that sort of measure.
Maybe replace it with a Committee of Public Safety?

So this actually did work out well for Camden, NJ in 2012. They fired the whole police force, and hired new ones. They got rid of corrupt cops, and union busted, so it saved millions.'
There is still a federal crime that could be used, but I doubt that would work. My bet is a conviction on 3rd degree.

Getting rid of non corrupt cops and ruining thier lives can easily lead to corruption of new cops. Because those old used to be non corrupt can now tell them the city doesnt care and corrupt them....

It's more likely they will continue to blame our side for their fuckups. Consider how they reacted to all problems previously: blame republicans/conservatives and stick to the course.
There were numerous black employees saying they were horrified by these comments, et cetera, and the CEO apologized to them.
When a huge chunk of your own employee base basically calls you out on your shit, and you double-down because you didn't get the full-on conformist agreement you expected? Not a pretty picture.
Oh, I agree, that's why I said it would be doubtful. Maybe under the depriving of civil rights law, but that's always hard to prosecute.
As for making the new ones corrupt, it didn't happen in Camden. It was largely a success, saving millions of dollars, and restoring some faith in policing. They also did the same to their school districts by just getting rid of them and opening a bunch of charters.
Welp if you do that then no Federal Aid. Let the State they are in fix their mess. And if they want to leave the Union. Don't let the Door hit them on the way out.
