United States George Floyd Protests, Reactions and Riots

I’ve seen multiple people do it. When called on that very fact. They usually respond with “they have insurance!” Or. “You care more about property then lives.” So stupid people.
Even assuming their insurance will cover this, which is a big assumption given insurance policies.

It will be years before those people see any money, and there's no way they will get the full value of everything that was destroyed. Which means those businesses are effectively done for.

And those buisnesses being done for? That means those neighborhoods are effectively dead.

For many people, that "mere property" IS life itself. The US is not a communist utopia yet, most people still need to work if they want to avoid being homeless, right?

Admittedly the picture is without description or context and so I may have been wrong.

That said, I am skeptical that what you say is going is either going on intentionally or that you are most definitely speaking accurately here.
This is a tactic we have used for a long time, especially in the middle east and countries where we are there to help establish a better government.
I think people are underestimating the stupidity of the American people. The media has been screaming at them every day for the last three and a half years that Trump is an evil racist responsible for all of their problems. Some will believe it, others might just think a Biden presidency will have less drama. That doesn't even begin to account for the inevitable cheating. I fear that November will be a landslide for the communists.
People arnt that stupid. When polls show voters like what trump is doing more then the riots. When you have local news focusing on their own stuff and their own riots over national media.
DOnt be so pessimistic. That is my job.

My section called me overreacting when i pointed out cops going through a crowd in vehicles and why they did what they did ramming throiugh and they were going "WHy would they do that?" and I said "Because they would rip the cops out of the cars and bea them half to death or to death."
We have had LEO ambushed by van and shot. We have the recent NYPD ambush

I think you can show them vids and pics of cops being torn apart and they’ll still say that there was another way....like kneeling before them....I don’t think anybody wants to remember how downright dangerous these “protestors” are/can-be

Just because they saw some being “peaceful”

As I understand it, around 9-14ish people total have died due to the riots.

Carl. Stop doomsperging (KF term..I am spending to much time roaming there) I am in the military with people with like minds, and they agree the rioting needs to be stopped and the US National Guard should be doing this. Sending Active duty is moe questionable because one has to think, how would you feel getting deployed to your own country, and have all these people thinking you are there to shoot people..thinking you arnt there to keep the peace and the like.

Stop it.

Okay

Still, best not underestimate or go to sort of romanticizing these dudes

Say, are you guys looking for possible provokateurs?

And the whole thing about there being varying levels of coordination? If there are “masterminds” are they being looked for?

Carl, just stop. He's not underestimating or romanticizing anyone.

We are well aware of their methods, mindsets, and likely actions, likely far better than you.

That just sounds wrong. I've heard about 13-14 people have died.
I saw that number somewhere on Twitter. I figured that many cops being killed wasn't making news because the riots where burying it and it was spread out across the nation.

Maybe it was 40+ LEO's injured since this began.

Edit: Maybe it was also including off-duty or retired officers.

Okay, just sorta worrying that people are falling into a sort of trap wherein they think them saints.....but they’re likely standing down in specific ways to deescalate

Plus, it’s not as if even unarmed these guys won’t be able to retreat proper, if things get too rough all of a sudden

People have to get tired of the rioting at some point

I think staying in doors too long may have had an effect influencing them.....they also definitely didn’t like being so cautious about COVID-19 too long

It may be just me but... there seems to be a sort of... pattern to these "mostly peaceful protests"

I can't tell exactly what but... Eh it's probably just my mind.

ONE of them is a Republican Mayor, time to use HER as an example and overblow Republican power in Democrat strongholds

Only an extremely ideaologized crazy will still ignore this pattern of not-so-oppressed-we’re-in-charge

Oh the common thread is easy to find, all those cities have mayors. They aren't run by rotating councils, corporations, dictatorships, commissars, nobility, or furries. Glad I could help clear things up. :)
