There's also the fact that the 'internet nerd' exists primarily in a space where by default, nobody *knows* what your gender, race, or social class is. This is the nirvana of *actual* non-discrimination, because nobody knows about these traits to be nasty to you for them.

It is no mistake that identity-linked forms of internet socialization (Facebook and the like) were largely either quickly abandoned, or never adopted by nerds in the first place. As soon as they went from being a tool for staying connected to people you knew IRL to something else, they were no longer of any use to nerds, because we already had direct messengers, forums, and VOIP.

Even today on SB & SV, much less here, the identifiers that people put on their profiles are jokes, about their hobby, or similar. Identity politics are intrusive, and the only reason they hold any power at all, is because of how aggressively hard leftists seek positions of authority to implement their ideology with.

Nerd culture was birthed, nurtured, and matured, as a space that wanted to be left alone by people who looked down on its participants. It only took 5-10 years from video games going mainstream, for the radical left to take over the sneering condescension and villification role that the stereotypical jocks and preps of 90's and earlier cliches had held.

'Just leave me alone' culture is much more strongly linked to conservatism than leftism.

You'd need to be vastly, vastly more divided for that. Revolutions happen when the majority of people want a change but are denied one, and it usually takes people starving to death in the streets to really motivate them.
The Russians losing a world war is what really did it, without a similar massive disaster you'll be fine. A coup or low level insurrection is more likely.

Not mention,what Lenin did was putch,not revolution.He take over one city with Trocky thugs paid by Wall Street,which was possible becouse army do not wanted fight him.

So,Trump could be defeated if:Wall Street hire thugs to do it
2.American army decide to disband and go home.

Woke-isms have a lot of linguistic neologisms like this. There might be some esoteric reason(but few read the obscure books in Black Studies or shit like that)-its probably more a means of identification. Using this particular form of language is group signaling.
