I'm reluctant to ask, but is this edited or is Drunk Draculamobile actually real?

It's real. Chevy liked that kind of design around '59 and '60. The El Camino is close but I believe it's a 1959 Chevy Impala, possibly with the "pupils" in the eyes shopped in unless the photographer got really lucky with the camera angle and a road sign.

None too familiar with the history of automotive designs myself, though I suppose you've given me further reading to do on the subject. Pretty interesting what such cars can be made to resemble with a mere angle change or minor edit, now that it occurs to me.
