Honestly, on the one hand, if I was just off work and kind of tired then I could see shooting him. Otherwise, I think I probably would have beat his ass with my fists.
The guy getting shot had a knife and was lying in wait for the gun owner. That was straight up a murder attempt. If you have a gun and he won't back off, use it. Don't try to prove your balls are bigger.
