The lack of action on CSAM shit is why France arrested Durov, the FSB backdoors and such were just icing on the metaphorical cake for the western intel groups.

And I find it extremely doubtful that their CEO will refuse actual legitimate search warrants for CSM stuff. ESPECIALLY if he was funnelling info to Russia (as that would leave him far too vulnerable to being taken down and discovered)

Far more plausible is that the Russian Collusion claims were made up after the fact. And that the "lack of action" just stinks of him asking "do you have an actual legal signed by a judge warrant" when they asked for all the info of conservatives.

so, a casual search shows that france itself does not claim anything CSM related.

Rather, the warrant was issued by the police deparment which is responsible for arresting people for CSM. But they also arrest people for other stuff.

What the arrest warrant claims it is for:

According to reports, France’s L’Office Mineurs (OFMIN) — the agency that oversees crimes against minors — issued a search warrant as part of a preliminary investigation into Telegram.

The AFP reported that the alleged offenses range from fraud, drug trafficking, cyberbullying and organized crime. Numerous reports note that the investigation is rooted in Telegram’s alleged lack of content moderation.

This is like saying "The FBI is responsible arresting people for CSM. Therefore if the FBI arrests someone for not censoring their platform and thus allowing cyberbullying it means they are pro CSM". a ridiculous fucking notion.

However, since the arrest a bunch of WEF scumbags are all harping about child pornography in an effort to redirect from the fact that they literally arrested him for not having a fully time professional censorship team suppressing speech and "misinformation".

The epidemic of discrimination -- and mass bannings -- of political undesirables (read: anyone other than Leftist Extremists) continues to plague the world of Open Source Software.

The NixOS Linux project recently enacted their, self-proclaimed, "purge" of people who they labeled "Nazis" (but who were, in fact, simply not-Leftists). The openSUSE Linux distribution mass banned (and labeld as "rotten flesh") anyone who failed to enthusiastically wave the LGBT flag. Python, elementary, GNOME, and more have all been committing mass-bannings of those who they view as having "politically wrong" ideals.

And now Godot -- the extremely popular, Open Source, video game development engine -- has succumbed to this disease.
