Theoretically she has the power to do that; but considering what a complete failure her attempt to suspend Parliament back in 2019 was (a power she also theoretically had), I doubt very much her issuing an order to dissolve would pan out any differently.The reigning monarch, in this case HRM Elizabeth II, does have the ability to dissolve Parliament at any time. It's a nuclear option, but she almost used it a few times during the 70's and 80's.
She does have power and influence, but it's mostly behind the scenes soft-power -- the Royals are pretty much celebrities, but they're not powerless celebrities.
