She does have power and influence, but it's mostly behind the scenes soft-power -- the Royals are pretty much celebrities, but they're not powerless celebrities.

Theoretically she has the power to do that; but considering what a complete failure her attempt to suspend Parliament back in 2019 was (a power she also theoretically had), I doubt very much her issuing an order to dissolve would pan out any differently.
