What a lot of people don't realize is how often this stuff happens. Maybe not 75% on every post, but I can go to most posts and get a good 20-33% of the posts deleted. That's...A shocking number.
If 1/5-1/3 of people suddenly weren't allowed to speak, we'd say something very bad was happening.
There is no IF
huge portion of population are forbidden from speaking.
and very bad things are happening.

Look I got the Vax and I still got Covid so really not impressed with the quality of said vax because it didn't do its one singular job.

Entire family got covid and then got better. with varied degrees of difficulty.

my dad promised me he wont get the vax... then the media swayed him... he got it. and had some issues with micro blood clots in his lungs and elevated lung blood pressure. although thankfully he is recovering.
he took 2 boosters but then stopped. and now regrets it.

The jab was completely ineffective in stopping him from catching it again, several times.

My mom constantly mocked my dad for getting the vax... until she was suddenly convinced and did it behind my back too (for travel purposes). quite annoying. no negatives for her, luckily. she also had the least reason for it, because covid was nothing to her. like a minor cold that went away in 2 days

The jab was completely ineffective in stopping him from catching it again, several times.

I had the coof, it was really bad for me. but since then I never had it again just on natural immunity.

Although I do suspect one of my doctors swapped out another shot i was getting for the covid mRNA bullshit after I refused to take it when she offered.
because of the symptoms I had which started after that shot she gave me.

Anyways. for every person who regrets not getting the not vaxxine jab, there are many many more who regret taking the jab.

The main bullshit factor though is how reddit mods are deleting over 3/4rd of all replies to that bullshit post.

Heh heh, you're not wrong...
*Nervous laughter*

I am blessed I got used being a social reject in middle and high school so the pressure of being an outcast wasn't on me. It did get difficult until September 2022 since my Turkish friend (who got vaxxed to have the oppurtunity of studying abroad, where we met) and I were travelling to Italy , it was a BIG annoyance everything, one time in a restaurant her vax resulted EXPIRED despite the TURKISH CERTIFICATE DID NOT HAVE ONE, thankfully the morons allowed us to eat because they LIKELY realized that if she couldn't eat there I WOULDN'T AS WELL.

Her sis wasn't so lucky since she was a pharmacist and HAD TO TAKE 4 DOSES (or something like that) and the only reason Turkey stopped with the bullshit is because Turks demonstrated they were fucking furious.

Italy lagged on until September. MUCH longer than Turkey.

Portugal was returning to NORMAL earlier than those two.

Spend what time you can with him and your mother -- there's a very good chance they're going to be six foot under in less than five years.

I wish I could say I were being dramatic or using hyperbole, but given everything that's coming out about the Vaxx and its boosters...

I'm at a loss for words ...

Wow. just wow.

... also, they "started the process" of firing 2 of those.
but they need to wait until next month's board meeting to start the the process of firing the other 3.

crazy how powerful teacher's unions are. And how evil too, they will protect teachers no matter how justified the firing is

.....I wonder if criminal charges could be applied. With the Union facing it's own charges if they helped to cover up the commission of a crime?

After people caught on to the Restrict Act things seemed to have settled down. Birds were chirping, wind was blowing, everything was at peace. There was even a bi-partisan bill put forward to get children off social media, who could be against that?

Wait one minute! A sensible sounding bi-partisan bill? This can only mean one thing... a trap! Doesn't help that it would be enforced by the Department of Commerce, as with the Restrict Act. Nothing suspicious about that. /s

So I looked into it and found this.

the Secretary of Commerce (referred to in this section as the ''Secretary'') shall establish a pilot program (referred to in this Act as the ''Pilot Program'') for providing a secure digital identification credential to individuals who are citizens and lawful residents of the United States at no cost to the individual.
It's digital ID, the whole thing is just a way to get digital ID passed through under the table. Used as a mandatory method of creating user accounts, and controlled by the iron first of the Department of Commerce.

Full Bill Here
This is the only press-release by any of the listed senators, all of them have the same article listed on their web-pages but nothing else.

EDIT-

I was thinking about this more, specifically "why the hard-on for the Dep. of Commerce"? Well:

Herbert Hoover as secretary of commerce[edit]

Assistants William McCracken (left) and Walter Drake (right) with Secretary Hoover (center)
Herbert Hoover was appointed Secretary of Commerce in 1921 by then-President Warren G. Harding.[11] Hoover was, by far, the most active secretary in the history of the department until the end of his position in 1928.[12]

After his election as president in 1920, Warren G. Harding rewarded Hoover for his support, offering to appoint him as either Secretary of the Interior or Secretary of Commerce. Secretary of Commerce was considered a minor Cabinet post, with limited and vaguely defined responsibilities, but Hoover, emphasizing his identity as a businessman, accepted the position. In sharp contrast to the Interior Department, there were no scandals at Commerce.[13]

Hoover envisioned the Commerce Department as the hub of the nation's growth and stability.[14] His experience mobilizing the war-time economy convinced him that the federal government could promote efficiency by eliminating waste, increasing production, encouraging the adoption of data-based practices, investing in infrastructure, and conserving natural resources. Contemporaries described Hoover's approach as a "third alternative" between "unrestrained capitalism" and socialism, which was becoming increasingly popular in Europe.[15] Hoover sought to foster a balance among labor, capital, and the government, and for this he has been variously labeled a "corporatist" or an associationalist.[16]

Hoover demanded, and received, authority to coordinate economic affairs throughout the government. He created many sub-departments and committees, overseeing and regulating everything from manufacturing statistics to air travel. In some instances he "seized" control of responsibilities from other Cabinet departments when he deemed that they were not carrying out their responsibilities well; some began referring to him as the "Secretary of Commerce and Under-Secretary of all other departments."[14] In response to the Depression of 1920–21, he convinced Harding to assemble a presidential commission on unemployment, which encouraged local governments to engage in countercyclical infrastructure spending. He endorsed much of Mellon's tax reduction program, but favored a more progressive tax system and opposed the treasury secretary's efforts to eliminate the estate tax.[17]
It seems that under the model of Hoover, any Command Economy would flow through the Dep. of Commerce as some kind of grand secretariat. Now, Hoover didn't want socialism, but he did want big government and top-down control.

This was also a pet idea of the Obama administration.
On January 13, 2012, President Barack Obama announced his intentions to ask the United States Congress for the power to close the department and replace it with a new cabinet-level agency focused on trade and exports. The new agency would include the Office of the United States Trade Representative, currently part of the Executive Office of the President, as well as the Export-Import Bank of the United States, the Overseas Private Investment Corporation, the United States Trade and Development Agency, and the Small Business Administration, which are all currently independent agencies. The Obama administration projected that the reorganization would save $3 billion and would help the administration's goal of doubling U.S. exports in five years.[35] The new agency would be organized around four "pillars": a technology and innovation office including the United States Patent and Trademark Office and the National Institute of Standards and Technology; a statistical division including the United States Census Bureau and other data-collection agencies currently in the Commerce Department, and also the Bureau of Labor Statistics which would be transferred from the Department of Labor; a trade and investment policy office; and a small business development office. The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) would be transferred from the Department of Commerce into the Department of the Interior.[36] Later that year, shortly before the 2012 presidential election, Obama invoked the idea of a "secretary of business" in reference to the plan.[37] The reorganization was part of a larger proposal which would grant the president the authority to propose mergers of federal agencies, which would then be subject to an up-or-down Congressional vote. This ability had existed from the Great Depression until the Reagan presidency, when Congress rescinded the authority.[38]
If you look at the current list of departments and what they have a large say in, or outright control you have:
Social Security
NASA
The National Census
The vaguely defined Industry and Security Bureau
The Patent Office
The various National Weather Services
NIST (which holds all government patents, certifies voting machines and develops wide-scale identification)

It honestly seems as if the Dep. of Commerce is already horrifically bloated with over-reach and deeply invested in IDing the public. Not too surprising though, since the entire remit of the Federal Government is that "everything is interstate commerce".
