Five minutes of hate news

Sicknick walking around all alive and stuff after a right wing mob was supposed to have killed him...and Shaman dude being peacefully given an escort by police to the senate floor.

This was all a setup. Like us conspiracy theorists have been saying for years.

In a case of genuinely hateful news, yet again somebody drove over the pride flag a city painted in the middle of the road and left tire tracks on it.

It's genuinely puzzling, these people seem to think roads are for people to drive and and not for political messages to be painted on. Black tires matter, folx.
When you put LGBT wokesters against BLM wokesters.

Remember, you can burn an american flag, that is free speech.
But not a faggot flag, that is hate speech and literally a felony.

Florida man faces felony charges after doing a burnout with his pickup on a Pride-painted intersection
Ah, so this is why it is called intersectionality

I disagree with any hate crime aspect to it. that said that absolutely was reckless driving and there was oncoming traffic.
Reckless driving is not a felony. But due to being a "hate crime" it is being promoted to a felony as per the source:
Alexander Jerich turned himself in and is now facing criminal mischief, reckless driving, and evidence of prejudice, which makes the offenses felony, according to a probable cause affidavit obtained by the Washington Examiner.

the affidavit explicitly says the non felony is promoted to a felony due to "evidence of prejudice"
this is how "hate crime laws" work. literally.

yes I know how hate crime laws work. I disagreed with that aspect to the charges. He is still an asshole who was driving recklessly in a city in the daytime while others were around who could be endangered by his tomfoolery. if removing the hate crime aspect means it ain't a felony anymore fine. I still want him to pay the ticket for the reckless driving.
