still not the worst tip. I don't go under 10% unless the service is bad. I think you can make that argument there though. if you aren't going to have change then people are going to have to make do with what they can give you. one of my Aunts recently tried to pay with a 50 at a place when she spent 30 something and the waitress tried to take the change as her tip. my sister said she would have done the same.

due to lack of change her options were 2$ (6%) or 5$ (15%).
No in between. So I can understand how she choose to tip under 10%. If I was the driver I would think "wow, I really should have brought change so I can get a better tip"

There's no need to waste overpriced bombs when you can impose sanctions and remind them they can become wet noodles as much as Assad and/or others. You can metaphorically (hell, I wouldn't be surprised if you can do it literally) dick-slap them and they bow down like the pussies they are. And if they need more...Do what Trump did with a Taliban leader: "Here's your house. If you don't respect the agreement it's a target.".

Yeah because the previous administrations that imposed them are fucking toothless morons and there's no actual fucking consequences for violating the so-called sanctions that are currently in place.

They're literally worth less than the paper I wipe my ass with, when I say sanctions I mean you should build military bases on their trade routes and place a naval blockade around their ports. Sanctions like laws need some force to actually enforce them.
