If you want to use celebrity endorsements to shfit votes, what you'll need is a popular celebrity with fans that are easily influenced, numerous enough to shift elections, and will otherwise not vote for you.

Right, I saw that, Korean court apparently forbad him from leaving, and he might be doing 10 years.
He apparently has a past for doing stuff like that in Japan already.

They won't conscript him, but they'll certainly put him in a ROK Prison...which is going to be an unpleasant experience for the guy that makes a living pissing off foreign cultures.

I saw a small clip of what he did to the monument in korea and yeah….He’s really lucky.

I can see separatism becoming a problem for Brazil... 30 years from now, but nowadays, no. As for Greater Venezuela... pfft, their Armed Forces are in much worse straits than the Brazilian ones(although the Brazilian Armed Forces might reach there eventually).

Brazil has good relations with both of them, and both would like for things to stay the same(at least for now). Like I said, this isn't something to worry about now(pay attention to; yes, worry about, no).
