Given that a quick Google search shows no such BBC documentary, I'm pretty sure someone just grabbed a generic photo of unattractive women in underwear, and captioned it.

...Did they mean the kid violated another kid with an object? 'Cause I can't see how he could rape someone (another kid?) otherwise, unless they're putting things in the water we don't know about.
Either that, or he did something innocent and people are hysterically shrieking he raped someone -- kinda like how you can be accused of "sexual harassment" by walking by a woman or by making eye contact? (Let's face it: in this day and age, sanity and common sense have gone out the window and into the wood-chipper).
I mean, there were 10 year olds that brutally raped (inserted objects) then murdered a younger kid in the UK, but yeah, I don't see how this holds up unless something really horrific happened.
God, that tragedy has been a scar on our nation's psyche for decades.
People still want the two who did it found and killed: every time one of their protected identities is compromised, the government is forced to spend a ton of money resettling those monsters.
Even at such a young age, you must be a twisted, evil piece of shit to do what they did to another kid. I see no redemption for those two monsters.
I really want to know what their reactions were to these actions. What they are like today. Have they changed for the better, or have they decided that since the authorities are covering for them, they can murder as much as they want and leak their info if someone catches them. I wouldn't doubt for a moment that the goverment would continue to cover for them, even after more murders, if only to spite the uppity native citizens.
