Tell me, why exactly did conservative judges reject this line of argument? One would think that if such ballots were indeed fraudulent and widespread, then why exactly would, say, the US Supreme Court have actually had a problem with overturning the 2020 election results? In Ukraine in 2004, for instance, its supreme court actually did overturn a rigged presidential election by ordering a revote.

I would really like to know that myself. Some of it is explainable by how long it took to gather evidence, but some of it is just extremely shady.

And you hit the button on the head; Roberts hated Trump, so he wasn't going to let any case that might help him get seen, and the best shot we had was the Texas case. When the chief justice hates your guts, no SCOTUS case that might actually go in his favor if taken up will happen. Instead cases beforehand lacked standing, and cases afterwards were 'moot' because the Dems and their GOP establishment cronies ran out the clock and created a Riechstag Fire moment all at the same time.

It's possible; but even setting aside the preponderance of evidence, the way the establishment reacted to any and all suggestion that the election may have been fraudulent (destroying evidence, conducting character assassinations, threatening violence, et cetera, et cetera) goes a long way to prove that it was, just by itself.

Even RINO Mark Brnovich showed up despite his horrible record on election integrity. The Gateway Pundit has reported extensively on the findings of 2020 election investigations across the State of Arizona, and Brnovich’s ineptitude as Attorney General.

Many months after the full forensic election audit, Mark Brnovich finally released a long-awaited “interim report” on the Maricopa County election audit, where he described Maricopa County’s ongoing failures to comply with his investigation. Brnovich revealed that “between 100,000 and 200,000 ballots were transported without a proper chain of custody.” The actual number of ballots lacking chain of custody documentation is believed to be much higher, and Brnovich failed to mention the 200,000 ballot signature issues identified by Dr. Shiva.

“The EIU’s review has uncovered instances of election fraud by individuals who have been or will be prosecuted for various elections crimes,” stated his report.

Despite these horrible crimes and the massive evidence that has been presented, said prosecutions have not been made. Instead, “he wants to be politically correct,” said President Trump.



When asked about election integrity and the federalization of elections, Mick Maguire noted one of the biggest issues for election integrity, Mark Brnovich’s failure to prosecute 2020 election fraud.

Maguire noted that in Maricopa County, there was a 68% increase in the number of military absentee ballots between 2016 and 2020, while there was an 11% decrease in the number of overseas military deployments.

This is clear fraud and what did Mark Brnovich do about it? Nothing!

Maguire: HR1, Senate Bill 1 and HR4 have got to be stopped. Again, the federal government cannot take control of our elections. That said, there are some provisions in federal law about voting. One of them that I believe pertains to the last question this last election. I voted absentee military overseas in November of 1990 before the Gulf War living in a tent. I filled out my ballot and signed the back. Arizona is one of three states that allows military members to vote by digits on email through an IP address. In 2016, there were just over 6000 military absentee ballots that came into Maricopa County. In 2020, there were 10,457. In that same period of performance, I was the commanding general of the Guard. That’s a 68% increase in digital ballots that were submitted, and an 11% Decrease in overseas deployments. I believe that the chief law enforcement officer in the state has reasonable suspicion to open a criminal investigation into that.
People complain about different things, but you have lawyers for a reason. And people ask me, What can I do about it? I said, I’m an unemployed general, running for the United States Senate. But there is somebody on this stage that can act on that. And the truth of the matter is, you can’t play this game where you say you’re serious about this, and you’re not going to comment on criminal investigations, then publish an interim report about a criminal investigation and expect us to take you seriously in that capacity. That is the most important thing.

The Texas Secretary of State’s Office reportedly announced that the long-awaited 2020 election audit is scheduled to come to a close by the end of September, with the findings being released soon afterward.

“The statutory retention period for all election records is 22 months, which means after September 2022 all of the documents from the November 2020 can legally be discarded by the counties,” the office said in a statement according to WFAA. “Our agency’s forensic audit division plans to complete its work by the end of September, with the results likely released shortly thereafter.”

Last year, the Lone Star State announced it would conduct a full forensic audit of the 2020 election in Dallas, Harris, Tarrant, and Collin counties following President Donald Trump’s suggestion to Gov. Greg Abbott, R-Texas, to order one.

In a statement announcing the audit, the secretary of state’s office stated that the “purpose of this audit is to ensure all Texas voters can have confidence in the elections systems” in the state and to “address any outstanding issues county election officials may face that undermines the integrity of our elections.”

The audit was split into two phases, with the first phase focusing on “testing voting machine accuracy, cybersecurity assessments, and identifying and removing ineligible voters” who voted in the election.

The findings of phase one, released in late 2021, revealed significant voting discrepancies across the state, including hundreds of potential duplicate cross-state ballots, noncitizens registered to vote, and multiple cases of ballots cast by dead voters, as previously reported by RSBN:

“According to the progress report, the audit found roughly 509 potential cross-state duplicate votes cast in the 2020 general election, meaning individuals may have voted in both Texas and another state. After finding 67 potential votes cast by deceased voters in Collin County, Dallas County, Harris County, and Tarrant County, an investigation is underway in the state.
A total of 11,737 potential noncitizens were found to have been registered to vote, the report further reveals. 327 records were reported in Collin County, 1,385 in Dallas County, 3,063 in Harris County, and 708 were reported in Tarrant County.”

In June, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton prosecuted a woman, Monica Mendez, who pleaded guilty to 26 felony counts of voter fraud, including “three counts of illegal voting, eight counts of election fraud, seven counts of assisting a voter to submit a ballot by mail, and eight counts of unlawful possession of a mail ballot.”

The Texas GOP also passed a resolution holding that Joe Biden was not legitimately elected president after watching “2000 Mules,” which uncovered a ballot harvesting scheme throughout the key states Biden needed to cruise to victory.

“We reject the certified results of the 2020 Presidential election, and we hold that acting President Joseph Robinette Biden Jr. was not legitimately elected by the people of the United States,” the resolution states.



The state is currently conducting phase two of the audit which is a “comprehensive election records examination.” Its findings are to be released in September.

ADJUDICATION should be the focus, because that is how they cheated in a stealth way. You can only reconstruct this by way of the canvass to determine VOTER INTENT.
