Election 2020 Election 2020: It's (almost) over! (maybe...possibly...ahh who are we kidding, it's 2020!)

Remember, this is the person who previously admitted to being a monarchist, yet criticized me for having "invested earthly worship into Trump like an autocratic King". Zoe does not have a good track record of having well-though-out arguments.
Terth please avoid ad homenim, it isnt helping. Point to the evidence and why you think they are wrong, and ideally they will do the same.

You are a conspiracy mongering fool. Most everything that could be considered fraud is likely to be explained by incompetence, so take that and grow up. Trump hurt our chances of pushing against COVID restrictions with his very presence, and your accusations against Zoe just show your own warped view. Biden is weak, Harris unpopular, Mitch has his cocaine, and we will survive till 2024 with out your Orange skinned God.

No, it absolutely was fraud. Proving it in court is difficult but large scale election fraud absolutely occured in MI, WI, PA, and GA (Atlanta). They are showing results that are multiple standard deviations outside what would be expected, behaving exactly how one would expect if election fraud was occuring, and showing every single statistical sign of election fraud.

When Jackson had an election stolen from him, he spent the next four years building a populist party and rode it into the Whitehouse. Don't let the Trump organizational apparatus collapse, maintain it, grow it, and recruit.
If they're smart they'll do that while quietly sidelining Trump like how the Democrats took in the Berniebros but kept Bernie around to flail.

Please slow your roll. Criticising the staff is allowed and people defending the staff in threads like this is unproductive. Remember you are talking to someone on your own side.

Anyone who thought Trump was God Incarnate, or Napoleon or Alexander or the God Emperor of Mankind needs to seriously re-examine what they put their faith in.

Trump is none of those things, he isn't the hero we need. He was unfortunately the only one we had.

Yes I'd love it if a truly Great Man arose, who would win for us an everlasting empire, and defeat our enemies for all time.

But Trump was never that man.

He is better that the detritus that makes up the rest of the Republican party, but that is like saying a small bush is better than a dead stump.

When we need a Sequoia tree.
Yes. My anger is not that Trump lost. He lost, he lost. Whatever. My anger is that this talk of depend on the GOP, a party of corporate dicksuckers when the corporates are all leftist. Right, that makes sense

Indeed. In many ways I blame Trump for what is currently happening. It was obvious that the Democrats were going to pull out all the stops to win this election and he was still unprepared. He should have had people aggressively dismantling their cheat machine from the moment he got in office but he didn't.

Nonetheless, he is the only thing we have and we must fight to the bitter end to keep him in the White House.

The GOP will never truly represent our interests. It isn't our party.

It might be better if the whole apparatus of Conservativism Incorporated and the Grand Stupid Party were demolished entirely, then we might see an emergence of a movement that wasn't set on losing at all costs.

Nonetheless, he is the only thing we have and we must fight to the bitter end to keep him in the White House.
The question worth asking is what do we do when we have no one else to represent us?

This is something I think we can all agree on; Trump could have, and should have, done a lot more to ensure that the election process was legitimate. A lot of stress and controversy could have been avoided; but now we have to deal with the situation as it is, and not as we would have liked it to be.

The only thing that would do is let the left take over the country without a fight. The world isn't perfect and we don't get to work with perfect tools. The Republican party will become useless if Biden gets in, but moment has not yet come.

You havent had anyone who represented you in a long time. As to what you do? Hunker down and start building carefully and locally.

Expand that to demolishing all political parties (because even the Libertarian party is screwed up), and I could actually see myself getting behind it.

Question is, for the historically minded when was the government conquered? It seems as though the past century, perhaps earlier.

Win or lose, Trump absolutely should fight this out. Frankly, it doesn't really matter what voter fraud ends up proven in court; it matters what ends up "proven" in the court of public opinion - especially the opinions of the 70 million who voted for Trump.

So long as the Republicans hold the Senate (requires winning one of the two Georgia races to stop Harris from breaking ties), there is a hard limit on what a Biden administration can do. Especially when Republicans have refilled the judiciary under Trump.

The Republicans held onto state legislatures so that means Redistricting is going to favor them once again and SCOTUS set precedent last term that federal courts can't really intervene to redraw those maps.

The Dem's hold the House most likely but they will do so with razor thin margins which means that they get all the blame without having much leeway.

The RNC has seen the writing on the wall, the GOP is going to become a working class populist party and do so very quickly. The Lincoln Project Republicans? They aren't getting back in and their friends in Congress are going to get primaried in the next election.

Biden is going to face Senate investigations into his business dealings, if for no other reason than as payback for Russia-gate.

If you want the populist, nationalist, and working class party that Trump has built to last then get out, organize, and keep it. Build organizations, recruit like minded individuals, and prepare for next time.

When Jackson had an election stolen from him, he spent the next four years building a populist party and rode it into the Whitehouse. Don't let the Trump organizational apparatus collapse, maintain it, grow it, and recruit.

If a Republican in the House or Senate doesn't behave? Primary them.

And in four years? Run a candidate with Trump's fire but with a little less of the bombast and win. Give that person a House and Senate that is behind them and willing to give the government the enema that it needs. Run on an explicit campaign of investigating and purging the FBI, run from day one calling 2020 a stolen election and with an election integrity team that you have spent four years staffing, training, and preparing; have your own people with hidden cameras observing every single precinct in the dirty cities, have your people in every single counting location and camp outside them with all entrances under video surveillance the entire time.

If you want it, you can't rely on Trump, you need to d

Biden winning sucks, especially because it puts off the cleansing that the federal government so very much needs, but it isn't the end of the world. Biden with the House and Senate was always the real threat.
Worth noting. As much as I disliked his personality, it's TRUMP who turned me into a republican voter.

Trump policy. A pro working class GOP is one I will vote for continuously.

I heard that a member of said party actually called for corporate censorship only to then be censored as well. So much for the libertarians. Lol

What could he have done?

Election rules and such are different from State to State, and there is little the Exec branch can do to change those rules from on high. Trump cannot control states deciding to stop counting at weird times, he cannot control USPS mail carriers deciding to fuck with ballots, he cannot control Never-Trumpers assisting the Dems via voter fraud/election interference as was documented by Project Veritas, and he cannot control state officials breaking laws by not letting legal election observers do their job.

Trump warned for months about voter fraud, they created a legal fund/the to address it, and have put it in motion to deal with the voter fraud issues.
