He is at one of the best places to get medical treatment.

So what happens legal wise, with the elections, if Trump dies before they are concluded? Do the votes go for pence? Does he stay on ballots if he dies?

What actually happens? What is the law for cases such as this?

I'm sure Trump's experiences in his luxury hospital surrounded by the most expensive doctors administering the most expensive drugs in the world will surely be reflective of how most people have to handle this :p

At least when Boris had it over here they just sent him to the nearest suitable hospital same as anyone else

Yes but Boris seems to be the only Tory that hasn't had his balls removed so you know it evens out.

Eh not too much? He hasn’t done anything to stop the ongoing migrant crisis on his own shores.

Anyway, Trump is doing well and that’s good to here.

Come on man, don't you want a hospital room with a chandelier?

Votes for Trump are Votes for Trump and Trump only.

So if Trump were to die before the election, everyone would have to throw out all the old ballots, and then print and send out new ballots with Pence's name on them. Which is a giant problem because of how close to the election it is.

What happens to the votes that are already in from early voting? Just tossed out? Would people be able to re-vote?

Pence could instruct his supporters to vote for Trump, and then the Electors pledged for Trump vote for Pence when they convene. That’s the safest way.

Isn't Walter Reed simply just the equivalent of the high military hospitals the UK had before they closed them to allegedly save money? And putting Trump there makes sense from a security point of view if nothing else, plus they put in facilities would enable enable a president to their job while they're sick a long time ago so it makes sense to use them.

Over here the PM doesn't have his own doctors or a medical team on standby or anything like that which are standard for US Presidents. Queen has some Royal doctors but it seems a PM is more expendable :p

But the point was mainly he's getting the best care there is available, so if he makes it is that down to him and the virus not being so bad, or because he has care nobody else on the planet can match?
