Mexico's president is an idiot. Biden is absolutely building a border wall, the same one started before Obama that Trump ran on.

Joe Biden is a literal empty suit. There is nothing there upstairs. All his speeches are written for him by shadow government goons and read (badly) off a teleprompter while he takes heroic doses of dementia meds. It's obvious elder abuse. The idea that we're supposed to just sit here and ignore the reality that our president belongs in an assisted living facility and go on with our lives like usual is laughable.

What will they foist on us next? Cyber-Biden? Will he campaign in 2024 as a reanimated head and torso on caterpillar tracks with glowing green vials of performance enhancers sticking out of his back?

Obamacare architect Jonathan Gruber bragging about deceiving the American people, who he thinks are stupid.

transcript said:
it's just you can't do it politically you just literally cannot do it. okay.
transparent financing, unless I have transparent financing also transparent spending
I mean the this bill was written in a tortured way to make sure CBO did not score the Mandate as taxes
if CBO scored the Mandate as taxes the Bill dies, okay.
so it's written to do that
in terms of in terms of RIS rated subsidies if you had a law which said healthy people are going to pay in... it made explicit the healthy will pay and sick people get money.
it would not have passed. okay.
just like the Co... people transparent, lack of transparency is a huge political advantage. and basically, you know, call it the stupidity American voter or whatever. but basically that was really really critical to getting the thing to pass and you know it's the second best argument
look I wish Mark was right we can make it all transparent but I'd rather have this law than not. so it's kind of like his reporter story. you know
yeah there's things I wish I could change but I'd rather have this law than not

The saddest part is that he is not wrong.
As he says, if people were not stupid his bill would have died.
It only passed because people (every non conservative and many RINOs) were stupid.

DEVELOPING: Border Wall Breach and Mass Incursion Taking Place in Lukeville, Arizona – Endless Line of African Illegals Charge Over Border
Biden's border crisis is getting worse by the day.

A border wall breach and massive incursion are currently unfolding in Lukeville, Arizona.

Illegal aliens from Africa charged over the border chanting, "America! America!" on Thursday evening.

Single, military-age men from northern Africa cheered as they ran over Fox News reporters to brag about illegally entering the United States.

Hordes of illegals were seen walking down the middle of the highway in Lukeville, Arizona.

This is an invasion!

WATCH:

BREAKING: Masses of illegal immigrants walking down the middle of the highway in and out of Lukeville, AZ right now after another border wall breach and mass illegal crossing in a different area than our reports today. Lots of African men & families from MX & Ecuador.

A massive line of military-age men from all over the world including Africa and the Middle East illegally crossed into Lukeville, Arizona late Wednesday night.

This is after there were 12,000 encounters with illegal aliens at the southern border on Wednesday.

More than 10 million illegal aliens – mainly military-age men – have flooded into the US since Joe Biden was installed in January 2021.

NEW: Another enormous line of hundreds upon hundreds of adult men from around the globe crossed illegally into Lukeville, AZ last night, and are now waiting for Border Patrol to take custody of them, as they expect to be released into US. Non-stop flow of illegal crossings here.

Bill Melugin asked the illegals lined up in Lukeville where they plan on going in the US.

None of the illegals told Bill Melugin that they are seeking asylum!

NEW: I asked some of the men who crossed illegally into Lukeville, AZ where they plan on going in the US? They named off cities all over America.
None of the men we've talked to last few days say they are seeking asylum. All want to work or link w/ family, & they expect release.

This is an invasion that needs to be stopped. I'm tired of our so called government not doing anything about it.

Mayors in AZ, Sheriffs in the locality need to deputize all citizens and issue 'kill on sight' orders to defeat the invasion.

US Senator Reveals Chilling Way World Governments Spy on Smartphone Users

A U.S. senator is asking for some straight answers about the extent governments have been able to spy on Americans through their smartphones.

Democratic Sen. Ron Wyden of Oregon recently wrote Attorney General Merrick Garland to kick free information Apple and Google have said the federal government is keeping under wraps.

Wyden indicated that he had particular concern over information shared with foreign governments.

A report in The Washington Post said that based on a review of court records, searching what are known as push notifications in order to develop a map of a targeted individual's contacts, was used in the investigations of participants in the protests of Jan. 6, 2021, and the Capitol incursion that followed.

The Post noted that every push notification that tells a user a friend contacted them creates what is called a token. Obtaining information in the tokens allows investigators to determine who contacted the user.

Wyden's letter to Garland said he began examining the issue last year.

"In the spring of 2022, my office received a tip that government agencies in foreign countries were demanding smartphone "push" notification records from Google and Apple. My staff have been investigating this tip for the past year, which included contacting Apple and Google," he wrote.

The companies cited the federal government when they did not comply, he wrote.

"In response to that query, the companies told my staff that information about this practice is restricted from public release by the government," he wrote.

Wyeden noted that " because Apple and Google deliver push notification data, they can be secretly compelled by governments to hand over this information."

The two companies "are in a unique position to facilitate government surveillance of how users are using particular apps," he wrote.

"Apple and Google should be permitted to be transparent about the legal demands they receive, particularly from foreign governments, just as the companies regularly notify users about other types of government demands for data," Wyden wrote.

"These companies should be permitted to generally reveal whether they have been compelled to facilitate this surveillance practice, to publish aggregate statistics about the number of demands they receive, and unless temporarily gagged by a court, to notify specific customers about demands for their data," he added.

Apple and Google issued statements supporting Wyden's call that any rule blocking the release of the information be changed, according to Reuters.

"In this case, the federal government prohibited us from sharing any information," Apple said. "Now that this method has become public we are updating our transparency reporting to detail these kinds of requests."

Google said that it backed Wyden's "commitment to keeping users informed about these requests."

From the article:

"In this case, the federal government prohibited us from sharing any information," Apple said. "Now that this method has become public we are updating our transparency reporting to detail these kinds of requests."

In other words, now that everyone knows governments around the world, including our own, is spying on citizens, we'll bury it in the "terms of service" agreement nobody reads.

How about we apply the 4th Amendment to digital data, instead?

the 4th ammendment wont apply to that until the current system collapses. After that after all of the abuses things will change.

"This Is The Big Fight!" Bitcoin Battered As Sen. Warren Unveils Bill To "Crack Down" On Crypto

MONDAY, DEC 11, 2023 - 03:05 PM

Bitcoin was hit with a double-whammy today with a large liquidation of longs overnight (around $100 million)...

Source: CoinGlass

Additionally, data from the statistics resource CoinGlass had cross-crypto long liquidations for the day stood at over $400 million.

And then another leg lower as US Senator Elizabeth Warren introduced legislation to address her concerns surrounding the alleged misuse of digital currencies in illicit activities, citing money laundering, drug trafficking, sanctions evasion, and more.

Which smashed BTC down to test support just above $40,000...

As Nik Hoffman reports at BitcoinMagazine, the bill, supported by a coalition within the Banking Committee, marks a significant push for increased oversight and regulation within the Bitcoin and cryptocurrency sphere. Citing risks associated with cryptocurrencies, Senator Warren stressed that digital currencies are used as an avenue for criminal activities, and that must be addressed through stringent regulatory frameworks.

"The Treasury Department is making clear that we need new laws to crack down on crypto's use in enabling terrorist groups, rogue nations, drug lords, ransomware gangs, and fraudsters to launder billions in stolen funds, evade sanctions, fund illegal weapons programs, and profit from devastating cyberattacks," said Warren. "I'm glad that five new senators are joining the fight to take action, including three members of the Banking Committee – our bipartisan bill is the toughest proposal on the table cracking down on crypto's illicit use and giving regulators more tools in their toolbox."
Senator Warren's bill aims to mandate stricter reporting requirements by extending the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) responsibilities, including Know-Your-Customer (KYC) requirements, file reports on "transactions involving unhosted wallets", and more. All in attempt to close "loopholes and bring the digital asset ecosystem into greater compliance."

This bill is endorsed by Bank Policy Institute, Massachusetts Bankers Association, Transparency International U.S., Global Financial Integrity, National District Attorneys Association, Major County Sheriffs of America, Massachusetts Sheriffs' Association, AARP, National Consumer Law Center, and National Consumers League.

The proposed legislation comes at a time when the popularity and adoption of Bitcoin has surged worldwide, particularly in the United States. As next month, the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) will have to make a decision on whether to approve the US's first spot Bitcoin exchange traded fund (ETF) or not, which if approved, could see massive institutional and retail demand for BTC.

Last Thursday, Senator Warren went live on CNBC claiming that North Korea is using Bitcoin and crypto to fund nearly half of its nuclear weapons program.

As Galaxy Digital head of firmwide research Alex Thorn notes in a sobering X thread, Warren's bill would effectively ban crypto in America.

Continued from X:
Take miners or validators as an example. these entities passively add transaction data to the blockchain. while they can exclude known sanctioned addresses, they are structurally incapable of "knowing" the identity of every user. It would be impossible for miners or validators to perform KYC on every public blockchain transactor. indeed, it cannot even be said that these entities even have a "customer" to "know."
Warren's bill also seeks to impose the bank secrecy act on non-custodial wallets, many of which are free and open source. to be clear, there is no such thing as "unhosted" digital wallets - these are just wallets.

Requiring non-custodial open-source software to perform bank-like compliance is *the big attack* bitcoin's enemies have always threatened. it's impossible for bitcoin core, for example, to comply with this, so it amounts to an effective ban of bitcoin in the USA.
These rules effectively ban crypto in america, and they fundamentally undermine the core innovation itself — P2P digital cash. if you believe humans should have the right to transact without an intermediary, you must oppose this bill. call your senators! this is the big fight!
Update:
And a question...
Are we really letting this dumb bitch manipulate our price? She is the most useless legislator in DC. Look up how many bills she drafted that made it to committees, let alone an actual vote.

Warren wants to make it a crime to own your own crypto wallet... That's literally what this bill does. Of course, I am sure Congress will be exempt and so will anyone with dual citizenship.

They have to force you into using the government-issued crypto (CBDCs) and not allow any competition. This along with banning cash will be the nail in the coffin for normal people to have any private transactions. Say hello to a massively swelling black market.

You are not allowed to be adoptive Parent in the USA under Biden if you believe in Christian values and don’t believe in the LGBTQ teachings. This applies to both would-be foster parents and existing ones.

Also, for SOME REASON apparently something like 30% of foster kids are LGBTQ. Which I primarily blame on a combination of propaganda in the schools as well as…other reasons.

This won't withstand court challenge. Unfortunately, things will take time to get it through the courts.

White House Sets Border Deal: 1 Million Illegals Per Year and $61 Billion for Ukraine

President Joe Biden's border chief has a deal for the GOP: He will carefully cap illegal migration at one million a year if the GOP approves $61 billion for war in Ukraine, according to press reports.

The offer would double pre-2021 immigration numbers, but it is a "good faith offer," said one of the four GOP negotiators told reporters.

"We're at 11,000" illegal migrants per day or roughly 4 million migrants in a year, Sen. Thom Tillis told CBS on December 13, adding:

We've seen what the White House has sent over … We've got to get somewhere closer to … 2,000 [migrants] a day [or 700,000 a year], and let's figure out how we get it done. But I think I'm going take it as a good faith offer, which is why I think we have to act in good faith and stay here [in Washington] until we get it negotiated.
Tillis is a long-standing supporter of the federal migration programs that deliver cheap labor to investors and companies.

He was picked by Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-KY) to help negotiate a deal that would curb Biden's mass migration in exchange for $14 billion to help quietly move migrants into American housing and jobs — plus roughly $61 billion for the war in Ukraine.

"We've seen now what the WH has sent over."
"I like the idea of having something like title 42"

But it is "not remotely possible" to get a deal done by Christmas, countered Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC).

"They're using this to try to put something together — I'm not going take the bait," Graham told PunchBowl News on December 14. Graham is another one of the four GOP negotiators and he is taking an unexpectedly pro-American stance in the talks.

The Washington Post reported on December 13:

After weeks of flagging negotiations, the White House has floated a proposal to allow border officials to expel migrants without asylum screenings on days when border crossings are particularly high, senators and aides said.
Key details remain to be fleshed out, including the number of migrant crossings that would trigger that new power. Sen. Thom Tillis (R-N.C.), who has been involved in the negotiations, said Wednesday that he believed the authority should kick in on days when crossings reach 3,000 or less, while some Democrats prefer a higher number of 5,000 crossings or more before agents can turn away migrants.

President Joe Biden is not part of the talks, despite GOP pleading.

Instead, the Biden deputy who organized and funded the migrant flood is leading the talks, according to the Post:

Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas has been a lead negotiator for the administration for weeks. White House Deputy Chief of Staff Natalie Quillian and Shuwanza Goff, director of the White House office of legislative affairs, joined the talks in a more substantive way this week, lending them momentum.

GOP House legislators are not part of the talks, even though they have refused to fund the Ukraine war until the White House agrees to their H.R. 2 border stabilization bill.

Mayorkas is also offering GOP Senators to expand the reach of the fast-track "Expedited Removal" process and to detain new arrivals. But these powers are already in the law, and Mayorkas has long ignored both because he is a pro-migration zealot.

The offer to cap the daily inflow of migrants is being portrayed as a souped-up Title 42 process established during the coronavirus crash. When Mayorkas was confirmed in 2021, he immediately reduced enforcement of Title 42 at the border, so allowing many more migrants into U.S. communities.

Since then, Mayorkas worked hard to maximize the government-managed flow of migrants into the United States, despite the huge economic damage to ordinary Americans. He has repeatedly stated that he sympathizes with migrants, not the Americans who want their border laws to be enforced.

"I am, to a great extent, aligned with the expectations" of the immigrant community, the Cuban-born Mayorkas told an elite audience at the Aspen Institute on July 19. He has also lamented his limited ability to supply U.S. employers with cheaper foreign workers. "Regrettably, our legal immigration system is not designed to meet the needs of employers here in the United States," he said in March 2023.

Yet establishment media outlets are portraying Mayorkas' offer as "harsh" or a "pretty major concession" — even though they would do nothing to stop the millions of migrants who walk over Mayorkas' loopholes in the border.

The loopholes include Mayorkas' multiple parole pipelines, his asylum loopholes, and his tacit support for "gotaway" migrants who sneak past the unfinished border war and over the unguarded portions of the wall.

"Republicans are not so much being asked to compromise as to conspire in Biden's lawbreaking," responded Andrew McCarthy, a former federal prosecutor. In an article for National Review, he wrote:

Not petty lawbreaking but rather a betrayal of the core security duties of the presidency that is destroying the social welfare and law-enforcement capabilities of America's border states and major cities. Given how boiling angry much of the country is over this issue, I don't understand why Republicans aren't driving a much harder bargain.
The four GOP Senators in the talks reportedly include Tillis, Graham, Tom Cotton (R-AR), and James Lankford (R-OK).

The only GOP Senator with mainstream views about migration is Cotton. The other three Senators are deemed "moderates" in D.C. because they favor the long-standing federal policy of allowing companies to hire cheap foreign migrants instead of paying market wages to American citizens.

Tillis, for example, recently told reporters that he wants to preserve Mayorkas' quasi-legal policy of annually awarding two-year parole visas and work permits to roughly 350,000 migrants from Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua, and Venezuela.

The policy is slated to add roughly 700,000 wage-cutting, rent-boosting foreign workers to the U.S. labor market. It operates alongside the H-2A and H-2B visa programs which annually bring in more than 300,000 foreign workers for a wide variety of jobs across the nation.

"I will not go back to South Carolina and try to explain why I helped Ukraine, Taiwan, and Israel and did nothing to secure our own border," Graham told reporters last week. "I will help all of our allies, but we've got to help ourselves first," he added.

That centrist position has been adopted by many other GOP Senators.

For the moment, Graham is shutting down Mayorkas' offer and is rejecting the vote scheduled for next week by the Democrats' pro-migration Senate Majority Leader, Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-NY).

"Another show vote on the supplemental —with inadequate or nonexistent border security measures — does not move the ball," Graham told Punchbowl News. "I'm looking for outcomes, not timelines," he said, adding, "There's no legislative text."
