To be fair, even Russian Air Defense systems are expensive and many munitions are cheap, like Buryat lives.

This all assumes Dugina was actually killed.

Those are some pretty steep claims, and steep claims require evidence.
Uh..citation
In addition to 'citation needed,' have you dug up actual numbers on Russian ammunition production while you were gone?

For one, here is Mikhail Podolyak stating it was a psychological operation:
Podolyak called the words about the counterattack on Kherson "part of the information and psychological operation"
Reports of counteroffensives of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the southern direction are part of the "information-psychological special operation."

This was stated by adviser to the head of the OP Mikhail Podolyak in an interview with the BBC.
"Was it the IPSO? Of course, today all public comments are part of the IPSO. We need to demoralize the Russian army. They must understand that there will always be a territory of fire," he said.

Nevertheless, Podolyak clarified that "the events on the Antonovsky bridge show that it is essential for us to liberate Kherson" (as the only regional center that was under the occupation of the Russian Federation after February 24).
"And therefore, our army is already taking certain actions for this today," he said.
Reznikov already backed off the offensive claims in July as well:

There is an offensive occurring in the area, but it's certainly not Ukraine making it:

As for Russian ammunition:

Shells generally have a 20 year shelf life, so shells made since 2002 are fine. Ukraine thus, between 2002 and 2014, provided Russia with 24 million shells. Since June 1st, Russia has been expending about 50,000 shells a day, which comes out to 4,200,000. In other words, Russia has not even had to tap domestic production since this war started in theory. As for other kids of munitions, the last two days of constant bombardment should be telling.

*Soros's

Or, you know, the Anti-Putin Liberal faction operating from Ukraine that took credit for it and directly said they had Ukrainian help?

Anatoly Karlin said that this is just a smokescreen for an actual Ukrainian SBU operation and that this liberal fraction doesn't actually exist.

I think she did, I'm just saying the Anti-Putin groups were always SBU inventions so its a distinction without difference, especially given the group taking responsibility for it already conceded Ukrainian help.

Interesting. Well, if Russia will want Estonia to extradite her, they'd have to share their evidence and intelligence on her with Estonia, I would presume.

Reports are she's already fled to Austria, so that's mute at this point.

Intriguing.

Anyway, you predict that the Russians are eventually going to conquer all of Ukraine, right? Up to Lviv? In several years?

FWIW, it strikes me as a rather foolish strategy for Russia to severely and indefinitely piss off a billion-strong Western bloc in the hopes of boosting its own population by 10% at the very most. (It almost certainly won't be boosted by more than 10% even in the best-case scenario due to mass emigration from Ukraine.)
