Alright I'm off to bed.

His job isn't to know how the enemy works.
His job is to know how the enemy artillery targets him.

He doesn't understand the complexities and the whole other things people in NY field learn.

But yes, trust an artilleryman woth something above his pay grade.

"Russian artillery is just super good and operating without any real hinderance, and so they could totally paste Ukraine any time, and they've always had that edge, and so that's why they got crushed outside of Kyiv and have been stalled everywhere for about a month, but they'll turn things around and actually start winning any day now".........yeah, I'm not buying that.

By what standard? In fact, your standard is irrelevant. The Russians have their own doctrine and strategy which they have openly stated and have a long military history paved in bloody victory. If you don't believe them, they care not. They win their wars and victory ends all arguments. At the end of the day, if your enemy is partying in your bases, drinking your vodka, and screwing your women, you lost no matter your arguments.
As we can all now plainly see, Russia is "winning" by painting a target around their arrow, the only victories they achieved in the last decade are propaganda victories. Unlike the US, who isn't as good at lying, but has proved to be capable of achieving actual military objectives without much difficulty.

*Checks the list*

It looks to me like Russia's loosing equipment at nearly a 5 to 1 ratio.

A good portion of which Ukraine is capturing and then using against Russia.

What russians? soviets destroyed them after 1917.And what soviet victories ? they win during WW2 thanks to USA lend - lease.Later they manage to defeat Hungary in 1956,and...that was it.When Reagan stopped technology transfer for them and made oil cheap, they felled without fight.

And now? they supposed to win till 6.3.22,and failed.Later they was supposed to take Kiev, and failed again.
Now,they try to take Donieck for their fake 9th may victory parade, when they fail again, they would,at least, take Marjunpol.
And declare, that all other actions was feint.
Or Marjunpol would hold, your idols are so incopetent then i feel ashamed for boogeymans of my youth.

YOU SAID MIGHT IS RIGHT - first,it is fake-you forget about our God Jesus Christ, second, kgbstan do not have Might anymore.
P.S if you are kgn agent, not troll, then pleace be carefull. They killed lately their polish agent, when they do not need him anymore.

Why the fuck does Zelenskyy think it is a good idea to present Azov Battalion to the Greek parliament? I'm not really familiar with Greek Politics but I think he basically gave the Greek Opposition parties a bone to chew on.:cautious:

In the very latest entertaining farce that is the court of jesters of the Russia Duma. One Duma deputy, a Sergei Mironiv, had this to say about Hokkaido.

The State Duma announced the right of Russia to Hokkaido

MOSCOW , April 4, 2022 , 12:04 — Any country, if desired, can put forward territorial demands, Russia has the right to Hokkaido. According to a REGNUM correspondent on April 4, this was stated by the leader of the SRZP, State Duma deputy Sergei Mironov.

“Any country, if desired, can put forward territorial claims against a neighbor and find solid justifications for this from its point of view. Until recently, only Japan showed such a desire in relation to the Kuriles, although, according to a number of experts, Russia has all the rights to the island of Hokkaido, ”said Mironov.

According to him, this topic has not yet been touched upon in Moscow at the official level, but now it is impossible to say where Tokyo will lead the course of confrontation and how Russia will have to react to it.

“I hope that Japanese politicians have not completely forgotten the lessons of World War II and the fate of the Kwantung Army, otherwise we will be forced to refresh their memories,” Mironov said.

Yes, I am sure any attempt to remind Japan of their place will go swimmingly. /S

It's funny, they are getting their asses handed to them in Ukraine and they somehow feel like this gives them bragging rights and makes them more intimidating. Russians, go figure. Долбоёбы.

So according to the BBC and the Ukrainians the Russian army should currently have minus two weeks-worth of ammo at present. :D

I can't seem to find an article from the BBC published on that date making that claim, either on their main site or their Russian site, and suspiciously the telegram post you have thier doesn't have a link to this article, just an image proporting to be from BBC.

This seems very fake.

One, that is BBC Russia.
Two, I distinctly remember that they were all claiming that Russia will run out of fuel and ammo in a few days.
Two, obviously they would be memory-holing all their old, stupid claims.

EDIT:
here is another claim by some US general
Russia about 10 days away from exhausting ammo, manpower: Former US Commander
Posted on march 15th, saying they will be out in 10 days.

Probably freed up some resources after they were forced to withdraw all forces from the Kiev area.

I checked BBC Russia, didn't see it. Might have missed it because I can't read whatever that image says, I can only read the BBC Russia site itself via Google translate, but I'm pretty sure I didn't.

I don't think the BBC is in the habit of just deleting articles, particularly because if they did try that then it wouldn't work, the wayback machine would still have a copy.

Ok, that's a little different from your original source. As the past few pages have shown, anyone can find some former military officer that thinks the war is going to be over by some date or another because X reason. That's a very different claim than "Ukraine is lying and told and the BBC that Russia on about to collapse weeks ago", which is directly attacking the credibility of the Ukrainian government vs that of some guy.

Also, if we're making fun of people or trying to make some sort of point about bad predictions, how many times have pro russian posters here said that ukraine is on the verge of collapse and will be over run any day now?

Russian invaders have three days of supplies left, says Ukraine milit…
Nevermind, here is the Guardian parroting a Ukrainian claim that Russia will be out of ammo, food and fuel in 3 days, the article is from march 22nd.

I call this the Widening Credibility Gap of Kiev.

Ok, but that seems accurate? That is about the time Russia's offensives stalled out, and there have been persistent reports of supply shortages since the war started, it's entirely possible that frontline units had very small reserves at the time. Note what the article actually said, which is different than what you're reading it as saying:

Russian forces have only three further days of fuel, food and ammunition left to conduct the war after a breakdown in their supply chains

They specifically said Russia's frontline units were running low on supply due to logistical issues. There's nothing inconsistent between that statement and Russia still fighting weeks later, because the issue was getting supplies to the front. The Ukrainians didn't say that all of Russia was almost out of bullets, they said the units invading Ukraine were running out.

Yeah, sure, the Ukrainians are trying everything they can to make themselves look more successful than they are.

"We're awesome because Russian logistics suck".....not sure how that works here.

And generally, while I'm sure the Ukrainians are overstating thier success, much like literally every country in every war ever fought in the history of mankind, by any objective measure they have actually done a very impressive job thus far. No one expected they would even still in the fight after a month, let alone still fighting and beating back the Russia advance toward Kyiv, to highlight thier most recent win.
