Breaking News Antifa Riots in Atlanta

So two days ago, cops were clearing out Antifa’s latest ‘autonomous zone’, this one is Atlanta. During this, a member of Antifa opened fire on and severely injured one of the officers. At which point the anarcho-communist was killed by return fire from other police.

During the search, mortar style fireworks, multiple edged weapons, pellet rifles, gas masks, and a blow torch were recovered. Several other Antifa were arrested as well for trespassing and domestic terrorism. While others, despite being in possession of the aforementioned devices were merely questioned and released.

Naturally, the brats didn’t take this well at all. With their social media denying their own culpability, claiming that the cops actually shot their own via friendly fire before attacking them uprovoked. As wells as announcing a ‘night of rage’ in retaliation for the ‘murder’ of one of their own.

  • Manuel Esteban Paez Teran, 26, was killed during a shootout in Atlanta
  • Teran was shot after allegedly opening fire at a Georgia State Patrol trooper
  • The Wednesday crossfire was at the future Atlanta Public Safety Training Center
  • Seven others were charged with domestic terrorism and criminal trespassing
The man killed during a deadly shootout at Atlanta's 'cop city' has been identified as Manuel Esteban Paez Teran, 26 and seven others were slapped with domestic terrorism and criminal trespass charges.

The 26-year-old was shot dead after allegedly opening fire at a Georgia State Patrol trooper during a 'clearing operation' of the so-called autonomous zone at the site of a future $90 million Atlanta Public Safety Training Center on Wednesday.

Since June 2021, Antifa and other far-left extremists from across the US have occupied the area to prevent the construction of what they've dubbed 'cop city.'

The Georgia Bureau of Investigations (GBI) said a Georgia State Patrol trooper was shot and severely injured during the raid by a man camped in the area. Officers returned fire and killed the gunman, who allegedly used a pistol.

The injured Georgia State Patrol Trooper was taken to a local hospital where he underwent surgery. Georgia's Department of Public Safety said it will not name the injured patrol trooper, telling the post millennial it would 'compromise security against criminal or terroristic acts due to retaliation.'

A handgun and shell casings were located at the scene.

During the multi-agency operation GBI said approximately 25 campsites were located and removed from the site.

Additionally, mortar style fireworks, multiple edged weapons, pellet rifles, gas masks, and a blow torch were recovered.

Three people contacted in connection with the materials were asked to provide their names to authorities and then let go.

Seven others were arrested and charged with domestic terrorism and criminal trespass, with additional charges pending. They include:
  1. Geoffrey Parsons, age 20, of Maryland
  2. Timothy Murphy, age 25, of Maine
  3. Spencer Bernard Liberto, age 29, of Pennsylvania
  4. Matthew Ernest Macar, age 30, of Pennsylvania
  5. Sarah Wasilewski, age 35, of Pennsylvania
  6. Christopher Reynolds, age 31, of Ohio
  7. Teresa Shen, age 31, of New York
Shen is an alumna of the Manhattan liberal arts institution Barnard College, while Macar graduated with a master's degree in international affairs from Penn State University in 2016, according to networking site linkedin.

Liberto and Wasilewski appear to be in a relationship based on social media photos and posts, and seem to have a long history of left leaning politics.

Wasilewski's Twitter account shows she follows some Antifa groups and the '@defendatlantaforest' account, which is the main social media group representing the autonomous zone.

She has also appeared to frequently like posts from far-left extremist Pittsburgh group, Filler Distro.

Filler Distro is one of several groups calling for violent retribution against law enforcement over the death of one of its members.

Filler Distro tweeted a call for 'retaliation' against police with further instructions from its now suspended twitter account 'Scenes from the Atlanta Forest.'

According to screen shots obtained before the account was suspended, it said: 'Consider this a call for reciprocal violence to be done to the police and their allies.'

'On Friday, January 20th, wherever you are, you are invited to participate in a night of rage in order to honor the memory of our fallen comrade.'

The protestors, who call themselves forest defenders, are claiming the police 'murdered' one of their own and have been demanding 'action'.

The Atlanta Community Press Collective paid tribute to Teran, who they say identified with they/it pronouns and also went by the names 'Cami,' 'Tortuguita' or 'Tort'

In several posts sweeping social media, the group claims police are 'lying' and 'refusing to release bodycam footage' of the incident.

It also angrily rejected claims the protestor who was killed had shot at police first, going as far as to say the trooper was shot in 'friendly fire.'

In a statement, the Defend Atlanta Forest said: 'Forest defenders on the ground say they heard a round of 12 shots fired all at once around 9.04 am [Wednesday morning].'

'This contradicts the back-and-forth shooting story pushed by police.

'We have reason to believe the officer shot today was hit by 'friendly fire' and not by the protester who was killed.

'Do not believe the police and their media. Demand an end to police militarization and hands off the forest.

'The police will kill you if given the chance. Now is the time for bravery. Take care of each other. Be dangerous together.'

The Atlanta Solidarity Fund added: '[Wednesday] morning Georgia State Patrol officers killed a protester in the South Atlanta Forest.

'GSP has not released body camera footage or meaningful details, and we are concerned a police cover-up could be underway. We are preparing a legal team to investigate and pursue a wrongful death suit.'

A spokesperson for the GBI told the post millennial: 'We are aware of these threats you mention and are monitoring them, along with our local, state, and federal partners.'

The Atlanta Community Press Collective paid tribute to Teran, who they say identified with they/it pronouns and also went by the names 'Cami,' 'Tortuguita' or 'Tort.'

They wrote: 'We are devastated by the loss of our friend who was killed by the police. Tortuguita was a kind, passionate, and loving person, cherished by their community.'

'They spent their time between Atlanta, defending the forest from destruction and coordinating mutual aid for the movement and, and Florida where they helped build housing in low-income communities hit hardest by the hurricane.

'They were a trained medic, a loving partner, a dear friend, a brave soul, and so much more. In Tort's name, we continue to fight to protect the forest and stop cop city with love, rage, and a commitment to each other's safety and well-being.'

Activists are now calling for a 'Night of Rage' and bloodshed against the police following the shooting & threatening to enact 'reciprocal violence' against the authorities

Many people reached out to ACPC with memories and accounts of Tortuguita who was 'cherished by many friends, loved ones, and people who they supported with mutual aid.'

Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp also commented on the shooting and said he and his family were praying for law enforcement officers.

He said: 'Marty, the girls, and I are praying for this brave Trooper and public safety officers across all law enforcement agencies today.

'As our thoughts remain with him and his family, our resolve also remains steadfast and strong to see criminals brought to justice.'

Some 'anonymous' members of the Atlanta Forest Defenders appeared in an Open Society Foundations-sponsored story about the autonomous zone in The Guardian.

George Soros is the chairman of the OSF and has given away more than $32billion of his personal fortune to fund the group.

Soros is one of the world's best-known philanthropists and is also known for funding many 'woke' district attorneys, whose policies have been blamed for soaring violent crime across the U.S.

In May, eight militants were arrested after police patrolling the area were assaulted and pelted with rocks and Molotov cocktails.

Five people were arrested on December 13 for allegedly plotting terror attacks at the soon-to-be police academy.

Serena Hertel, 25, of California, Leonard Voiselle, 20, of Macon, Georgia, Nicholas Dean Olson, 25, of Bennington, Nebraska, Francis M. Carroll, 22, of Kennebunkport, Maine and Arieon Robinson, 21, of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, were arrested.

DailyMail.com previously revealed that Carroll is the son of surgeon Dr Mike Carroll and grew up in a $2million five-bedroom and four-bathroom mansion in Kennebunkport – as well as enjoying time on his parents' yacht.

Left-wing groups used Twitter to fundraise bail for the suspects after another six were arrested in August – charged with various crimes from burglary to criminal damage.

Members of the group tried to burn a man to death after he drove into the area.

After its members were arrested the Defend the Atlanta Forest group held a protest outside of Dekalb County Jail and let off explosive fireworks.

The Atlanta Jail Support, a project of the Atlanta Solidarity Fund, also issued calls to fundraise bail money for the terror suspects using Twitter.

Convictions of domestic terrorism carry with it sentences of anywhere between five and 35 years in prison.

BREAKING: Atlanta BURNS as Antifa riot after comrade shot dead by cop in 'autonomous zone' gunfight

On Saturday night, Antifa members took to the streets of Atlanta to throw rocks at and light fires outside of the Atlanta Police Foundation after the now-suspended Atlanta Forest Twitter account called for a "night of rage" following the fatal shooting of one of their members, 26-year-old Manuel Esteban Paez Teran.

The Post Millennial Editor-at-Large Andy Ngo tweeted, "Breaking: Far-left extremists & #Antifa gathering for revenge against law enforcement in #Atlanta over the killing of their gunman at their autonomous zone smashed up businesses & set an @Atlanta_Police vehicle on fire."

"A white female arrested at the violent attack on the Atlanta Police Foundation tries to pull a George Floyd by shouting, 'I can't breathe' when she was standing. Far-left extremists gathered for a revenge riot over the shooting death of their gunman," Ngo tweeted.

"In addition to smashing up businesses, cars & the ATL Police Foundation, far-left extremists came with arson supplies to set an @Atlanta_Police vehicle on fire. The riot was organized as revenge for their gunman dying in a shootout at the autonomous zone," Ngo added.

"Treehouse Antifa getting mass arrested in Atlanta," tweeted Jack Posobiec.

Mayor Andre Dickens confirmed during a press conference that Antifa militants had explosives.

Manuel Esteban Paez Teran was killed by police after he allegedly shot an officer who was part of an operation clearing out the Antifa-occupied autonomous zone dubbed "Cop City," where the Atlanta Police Department Training Facility is set to be built. The officer was taken to an intensive care unit and treated

"Our officers are on high alert, and we will continue our work to keep our streets safe for our residents, businesses, and visitors alike." Atlanta police said in a statement Thursday, according to WSB-TV. "We remain in close contact with our local, state, and federal law enforcement partners and are grateful for their commitment to our shared goal of creating the safest communities possible for our city."

Local news reported that the account was suspended by Twitter for violating their community guidelines. The original tweet from the account, posted Wednesday, read "Consider this a call for reciprocal violence to be done to the police and their allies. On Friday, January 20th, wherever you are, you are invited to participate in a night of rage in order to honor the memory of our fallen comrade."

Georgia Department of Public Safety Colonel Chris Wright said that protestors allegedly fired a shot and hit an officer, to which officers returned fire and killed the suspect. The unidentified officer is in stable condition. The shooting took place during a "clearing operation" around 10 am near the Antifa-linked autonomous zone. After the incident, the Antifa activists, who have been dubbed "Treehouse Antifa," took to the streets.

Ngo tweeted screenshots of the call for violence.

Highlights include Antifa finding out that this isn’t Portland, a militant trying to use the George Floyd ‘I can breath’ line and the Mayor confirming that Antifa has access to explosives.

A bunch of petulant children throwing temper tantrumsadults committing felonies who really deserve long time-outsprison sentences.

*Charlie Brown*"Good grief."*/Charlie Brown*

Ah, so an Alphabet Soup communist got shot for being a domestic terrorist, and all of "its" little buddies are throwing tantrums and trying to burn down a city in "retaliation".

Of course the government wouldn't do anything: AntiFa are useful cats' paws.

Meh, the less AntiFa there are, the more net positive it is for the human race.

Once you authorize and use political violence against your enemy its only a matter of time until that favor is returned.

That said my money is that if another american civil war starts it will be because of an FBI opt gone wrong.

It's GA.
I hope Atlanra burns.
They know they can't spread north or south if Atlanta without being shot

Not the Bee has a good collection of tweets all gathered in one place.

It's hilarious, in one of them the news guy is saying it was a peaceful protest, while a police car is on fire in the background.

Not even 1984 was this brazen lol

Pretty sure a CNN reporter did the same in Summer 2020, reporting on “Fiery, but mostly peaceful protests!” while the buildings behind him were on fire.

Otherwise, don’t have high hopes for them coming to their senses, exactly, but I wonder what AH.com’s take on this is? From what I’ve gathered from my rare ventures into Chat, they’ve largely been dismissive of Antifa, and I suspect SB and SV are similarly out of it. Unless a Black Bloc literally shows up where they live tossing Molotovs, shooting off fireworks, and shouting “Death to America!”, I doubt their minds will change all that much. :(

Also, what is being built isn't a police HQ but a training facility for GPSTC. One of them
