Jeez Speaker I hate to say it but you seem to have the worst luck when it comes to your computer. Hope you finally get this all resolved so we can move on with the quest.

I have no luck. In the future, if I ever build a computer again, (which is unlikely) when I have a problem, I will return everything as defective and get a whole new shipment.

In other news, vote is now closed and my dad is finally back home and doing well, considering that from a statistical standpoint he should be dead.
Edit: Arlos’s plan wins. Had to tabulate by hand because the tally program doesn’t like this site.

Hi everyone I'm new here followed the quest form 'SpaceBattles'. I have one question for our talented QM but how do we spend Exp and how much do things cost to upgrade? Sorry if this has bin answered in a previous post but I just think we should spend those points in each plan or agree to save them for a large perches later on.

I have been forgetting to drip that in as an option. Exp cost is the same as in Exalted, except for Legend which is the same as in Scion. When in doubt, ask me how much what you want to buy costs.
Sorry I’ve been a bit absentee lately. I’m almost done with one of my classes(half semester) and it has been a bear. Been spending 12-16 hours a week studying for just that course in order to score an A. That said, with my computer up and running, hopefully I’ll be able to be more productive using a keyboard instead of a phone to type.
Update is progressing. Just finished up the house hunting scene(which ballooned absurdly because dice.)

Charisma is not Favored, so you'll have to pay full price for it. That formula is Rating*4. In this case, that would be four exp. Likewise, Socialize and Bureaucracy are not Favored either. That formula is Rating*2, so 2 exp to take them from one dot to two dots. Purchasing new skills/abilities requires three exp.
And these are the TsunDicetm. What makes you think Rin hasn't managed all three?

I see that the armory doesn't carry over the stuff from Fall of a Silver Age even though it's ostensibly a sequel. That makes me sad. We only got one use out of Ruyi Jingu Bang. Granted, it was the best possible use ever, but still...
