Alright, let’s give a shot at a react post.
Northern Ireland: Situation appears to be trending towards stability. Exacting retribution quickly has allowed cooler heads to prevail in the Army, and a strict curfew is in effect. Most of the time, it’s even being followed, with intelligence assets reporting that the leadership in both the IRA and the Loyalist factions sitting on their idiots as best they can.
An outbreak of large-scale violence appears to have been prevented, but the murder rate is up as individuals lash out or take revenge.
Probably the most immediately relevant thing for us.
Nice to see things calming down here, though I suppose Saber display was a bucket of cold water on every belligerents (especially the IRA).
Spain/Portugal: The low-key border violence in the region has ceased to be low-key. A border war has officially kicked up and looks to be escalating, with reinforcements moving into the area from both sides. For the moment, everyone else is staying out of it, but that may be subject to change.
Uh, was there some border violence here IRL? I didn’t know.
Here’s hoping it doesn’t escalate into a full blown war, Britain would probably have to side with Portugal.
Germany: Intercepts indicate that the situation in East Germany continues to deteriorate. Russian nationals and government forces are increasingly being targeted, and the unrest appears to be spreading into West Germany with the escapees. Tensions are high and pushing higher with local forces not responding well to the assault.
What a mess, the worth thing is, the messier the situation, the more Parahumans will appear, and the worth the situation will become, this can quickly spiral out of control into a vicious cycle.
France: While not yet suffering any unrest, unlike their neighbors, there has been a noted spike in crime in metropolitan areas. Intelligence assets are attempting to follow up on this information.
Nothing to see here, the situation is basically what I’d expect to be in most western nation at the moment.
Italy: Multiple reports of an ‘Angel’ seen over the Vatican has led to a spike in tourism. Assets are investing to determine if a Parahuman or Parahumans may be involved.
Not sure what that person is doing, hopefully nothing nefarious. Definitely not the Simurgh though, much too soon for that, and she is
very noticeable.
USSR: Communication from multiple assets has ceased. The few that are reporting in are relating rumors of an attack or attacks on a Soviet military base by one of their puppet governments. Situation remains unclear.
I think it might be a Soviet overreaction? One of their bases is attacked by a Parahumans and suddenly they clamp down on everything? Might also be apolitical prisoner being questionned that suddenly triggered right in the middle of a military base.
United States: With the Parahuman known as Vikare making waves and becoming famous, others are slowly starting to appear in other cities around the country, saving people from fires, rescuing kittens from trees, and stopping muggings. Current trend line is positive, but no assets equivalent to Saber or Guardian identified.
America seems to be on the same path as in canon, currently just starting its golden age of heroes.
No government interaction though, unlike us, as british intelligence have noted, and definitely no military aid as we provided.
Canada: Similar increase in criminal activity in metropolitan areas noted. Possible link to France? Assets are investigating to determine if a possible root cause is behind both patterns of events.

More seriously, it look like Quebec trouble are going to flare up, and most likely Canada will run to daddy Britain for help since they are the one who reacted the best put of everyone else...
Mexico: Major disruption in cartel activity reported by assets. No known cause. Suggests Parahuman involvement.
Ah, That’s bad, considering how fucked Mexico became from regular Cartel, I fully expect it to completely fall apart into Cartel warlord state with Parahumans added to the mix, with a very large population of parahumans to boot.
I hope I am wrong, but I am not exactly optimistic about the future of mexico.
Australia/New Zealand: No deviation from normal patterns detected, which may itself be a deviation from normal given seemingly worldwide disruptions.
Did they roll especially well? Well, it’s good for them I guess, as long as it’s not just a prelude to some really bad stuff.
Southeast Asia: Assets report odd events throughout the area. This far, most are explained or suppressed as paranormal encounters or scams. Parahuman activity is likely.
....Crap, the Khmer rouge are still a problems aren’t they? I sure hope they don’t get powerful parahumans.
Indonesia/Micronesia: Essentially the same situation as above, but with the occasional irate Imam denouncing Devil worshipers.
Nothing exceptional here, let us see how it develops.
Those poor Imam, they have no clue how bad things will actually get.
India: A major mover and shaker has appeared in Chennai, stopping an out of control fire with clearly Parahuman abilities. Video and eye-witness reports indicate that a fire that was busily consuming a city block sputtered and went out after a masked man appeared on a building in the path of the fire and raised his hands. The precise mechanism is not yet understood, but the local papers are all abuzz.
Nice to see some good people just doing good, I suspect we may see a similar golden age as in America.
Japan: A woman in a Shrine Maiden costume had made headlines after summoning a blazing Oni to prop up a wall weakened by recent rains in Nagoya. Little is known of the woman, as she disappeared shortly afterward, but bystanders report being ‘awestruck’ watching an apparent legend come to life.
Interesting, look like a Projection in the form an Oni, I am curious about how strong she is? Regardless, I’ll say the same thing as for India, this is looking like the beginning of a golden age.
China: Penetration of the communist government is limited, but assets do report an increased incidence of transportation to re-education camps in the northwest part of the country.
Gathering a bunch of people with inexplicable powers who probably hate you into a re-education camps filled with political prisoner waiting for a single bad day before triggering super powers is totally a good idea.
While you are at it, you may as well restore struggle session, that’ll make the CCP die faster.
Really make me wonder what form the Hong Kong hand hover will take.
South America: Crime in most South American countries has reportedly spiked in recent weeks. Further analysis is needed, but Parahuman involvement is considered likely.
Similar situation to mexico, I worry mostly about Colombia and Venezuela though, as they seem the most likely to get into a death spiral.
I think country south of them have a somewhat better chance of surviving.
South Africa: South Africa is in a much better position than the rest of the continent, but that’s still only an improvement in comparison. Racial tensions have spiked after a series of revenge killings back and forth with signs of Parahuman involvement on both sides.

It’s still not as doomed as the rest of Africa, so that’s something I guess?
Africa: The entire continent, already in less than ideal condition has suffered serious setbacks. Tribal tensions are flaring, warlords are dealing with revenge-minded victims, and corrupt kleptocracies are facing revolution. Everything from the Mediterranean Sea to the Zulu heartlands is one spark from going up in a conflagration.
Absolutely FUBAR, between general poverty, ethnic tension, as well as past, present and future genocide, it’s a breeding ground for extremely angry and violent Parahumans.
At a guess, Burundi and Zimbabwe are probably going to be the first to go into madness.
My pessimistic conclusion is that a lot of part of the world seems slated for a fall into Parahumans techno feudalism/warlordism.
I hope I am wrong, but Parahumans just take a heavy tolls on unprepared civilizations ...
