See, this is conflating parts of the center with the Far Left, which misses important distinctions we just saw happen a few days ago.
"IND" counts communist party members, greens, and similar.

I shake my head at that but they have spoken and shall only accept the sandwich they get for it.To be perfectly honest Fuck them. If a booming economy, low gas prices and manufacturing returning stateside was not enough to convince them to support Trump and Right leaning candidates then we literally don't need them. Such people are unreliable Fair Weather Friends.
You also forget that 2020 was mired in the specter of COVID and BLM. It is undeniable that Trump flubbed both of those issues. Without COVID Trump would have been easily re-elected.To be perfectly honest Fuck them. I know I'm trying to teach an old seadog new tricks, however I think maybe I can get through to you if I lay it out plainly enough. To be perfectly honest Fuck them. Trump gets a pass for Covid because one it was released from a Chinese Lab in November of 2019 and had already spread around the world before the first cases got media attention stateside. As to BLM he was hampered by the Constitution. Riot in cities are by definition a State Issue until it threatens Federal Assets. And the Media was throwing out a ton of spin to cover BLM. I mean we had buildings literally burning in one city with a reporter talking about a peaceful protest. If people buy that bs you can't reach them. No matter what you do.You also forget that 2020 was mired in the specter of COVID and BLM. It is undeniable that Trump flubbed both of those issues. Honestly this race proved to me that our society is too divided and that democracy (representative or otherwise) just does not work. I'm not going to go blackpilled per se as I do think society will bounce back eventually even if it has to rebirth like a Phoenix but congratulations monarchist you've won me over.
246 years old with only one civil war which happened 157 years ago.
As countries go that's actually a pretty good record.
Trump passed out money like Zimbabwe during covid, directly enabling lockdowns. No, he is most definitely at fault for the lockdowns, along with the early lying from the CDC and FDA that happened under his administration.Trump gets a pass for Covid because one it was released from a Chinese Lab in November of 2019 and had already spread around the world before the first cases got media attention stateside. Trump was a massive spender who also believed in taking guns first and due process layer.Trump passed out money like Zimbabwe during covid, directly enabling lockdowns. As for the regular people, again, you can't afford to tell them to fuck off, because then you are doomed to lose. Or more accurately, you can afford to, it'll only cost you 4 more years of Biden.
Note it was actually from the poor to the middle class (specifically those with a mortgage), but yeah, it was shitty. It's weird how republicans hate big spending, but overlook Trump handing out billions-trillions, and overseeing one of the biggest wealth transfers from the Middle class to the upper class in history.
Trump vs DeSantis is an Astroturf by the MSM to try and cause a GOP Civil war. It hasn't worked yet and it wont work.
I see little to no difference between Brian Kemp 2024 and Ron DeSantis 2024.
Both will be beholden to the GOP donor class and would govern identically at the national level.
As previously pointed out, that isn't just a democrat thing.
Dead Republican candidate wins seat in North Dakota after losing battle with COVID-19
A North Dakota man won a seat in the state legislature Tuesday night nearly a month after he died from COVID-19.www.google.com
I guess candidate quality isn't that important to republican voters either?
The ballot can't be changed after it's written up with all candidates who qualified, and this is typically done around mid-September. Both of the elected dead candidates died in the narrow window between when the ballot was made and the election happened.Haha, I forgot about that. Fair point.
That being said, why are we putting dead people on ballots? Unless they were write-ins?
Who fills their places? The losing competitor or someone else? The ballot can't be changed after it's written up with all candidates who qualified, and this is typically done around mid-September. Most states hold a Special Election, which is typically the same process they'd use if the candidate died right after the election instead.Who fills their places? The losing competitor or someone else?
