Only Muslims are so precious that their delicate sensitivities cannot be transgressed against.

Everyone else has to suck it up.

Exactly.Where is Jan III Sobieski, when we need him?
Or,to be precise, modern politician capable of doing his work.I do not see one,at least not in Poland or Europe.

If rednecks were willing to murder people on a regular basis over speech that they considered unfriendly to them (such as flag burning), then people would fear them just as much as people currently fear Muslims.
No, it's typical commie talk of oppressor and oppressed making Muslims the good guys for being oppressed, regardless of anything else.

This reminds me of this cartoon, frankly:

Muslims are in the end of the day not the problem the problem is leftoids who enable bad behavior. If society was allowed to punish and hold to account the bad actors the bad behavior would stop pretty quickly. Because at the end of the day what is being asked of the islamic community is to follow the same rules every one else has to follow and the vast majority of people are capable of doing that.

Yes,for now they use them as tool.Interesting thing - how would they control them, when there would be no normal people left to work for them?

Actually not a fundamentally illogical position, weirdly enough. It's the exact scenario described by the Paradox of Tolerance, but that's just a matter of non-ideal outcomes to absolute policies, not a true logical contradiction.

Granted, the logic typically in use is driven by double-think and sheer loathing of the normal, but it isn't guaranteed to be pure madness.

No. Because if rednecks killed people for flag-burning, the law would come down on them like a ton of bricks, and the leftists would be screaming about how this proves that the entire political right wing is evil.

The issue isn't just that Islam as an ideology espouses killing those who offend it, it's that the political establishment of the left refuses to hold them to the same standards of civilization.

Remember, violence that they endorse, up to and including killing, is just 'speech' to them.

Speech that they disagree with, even respectfully and calmly delivered, is 'violence' to them.

In short, they've weaponized the social contract against us, while also refusing to abide by it themselves.

What a true Orwellian world we live in: Muslims murdering people over Muhammad cartoons or Koran burnings is free speech, yet drawing Muhammad cartoons or burning Korans is NOT free speech!

Yes and you can get away with such things for a really long time decades, and then you look around realize you have ripped apart the social structor and now the other guy is following the new rules the one you created and really fucking hates you.

Good Morning Sietch family. Anything intriguing happening in Israel ?
After around a dozen deaths from various terror attacks IDF forces have been raiding Jenin in the west bank for the last few days, making arrest and often getting into firefights with armed terrorists. No IDF/police casualties so far, a handful on the Palestinian side.

The Palestinians are still rioting in Jerusalem, as they do every year at the time of the Ramadan.

What are your thoughts on the possibility of Israel engaging in serious peace talks with the Palestinian Authority once Yair Lapid comes to power in 2023?

Gotcha. Any changes once he will come to power in regards to anything? Economics, perhaps? Or domestic policy?
Look, it's not even clear that the government will survive enough time until he comes to power, one (right-wing) member of the coalition already resigned as it is, leaving the coalition without a clear majority, and Netanyahu is pressuring them for all he's worth. It's not implausible that we'll see an election before Lapid takes over.

Even if he does get his chance, he'll be leading the exact same coalition as right now. Just like the left-wing members are constraining Bennet, the right-wing members are equally going to constrain Lapid. Expect more of the same in general.

Finally, I don't see any party realistically succeeding to negotiate with the Palestinians on anything serious, Lapid or otherwise: they are fragmented, Hamas and Islamic Jihad are as openly genocidal as ever, the supposed "good guy" Abbas is vile and corrupt, the Palestinian street is as hostile to the idea of Israel as ever, and there was a recent wave of brutal terror attacks to boot, which doesn't exactly predispose the Israeli public toward negotiating either.

Who do you think will replace Abbas once he croaks? I suspect that it won't be Marwan Barghouti since he's still stuck in prison.

Also, what about having Israel do a unilateral withdrawal from most of the West Bank similar to what Ehud Olmert suggested back in 2006? I mean if Israel's parliament will ever become more left-wing.
