No, I don't think that's it. It's body proportions are way off, and it has 3 fingers. Cranial manipulation can change the shape of the head, but that head is far larger than it should be for that body size. If this was a human it. was a very mutated human.
I'm going with hoax rather than mistaken human with Cranial modifications.

I read about that.There are 3 possibilities:
1.Natives hunted japaneese soldiers
2.There is cave system under all or most of islands connecting them,and there are real giants there which hunted soldiers.
3.Both is true.
But,if local hunters beive that there are giants,then probably there are giants.
i actually watched this video when it premiered roughly a month or two ago. i knew what to expect going in but kept on watching it because i wanted to see how far the video would go. if i recall correctly, this video had:
- giants with a height range of 8 to 16 feet tall
- bigfoot like ape man creatures
- lizard men
- cannibal indigenous human tribes
- a cave system linking it all
what the fuck...
and if Japanese soldiers and American Marines got into firefights with a bunch of giants, how come there wasn;t a bunch of dead giants? this was a second world war event after all. not to mention things like flame throwers would have torched the place

Indeed. Giant Sharks, Mystery Whales, Sea Serpents and Moasasaurs (I saw this one with my own two eyes). The sea contains a ton of species that are not known to science.
