Becouse if USA have FBI controlling thugs,then they are fucked - goverment would either provoke them and massacre,or,if they do not made stupid uprising,made their agents do that.
And they massacre american citizens for what goverment agents did.
USA could become socialist banana republic as a result.
But,if such thugs control FBI? they could kill many people,but eventually get discovered,and even if not,FBI would be disbanded.
USA would survive that.
