Kyle Rittenhouse Trial Thread

I know that between the 2020 stolen election, a chunk of the GOP signing Biden’s ‘Infrastructure Bill’, and Rittenhouse getting either convicted or killed I’d be getting dangerously close to going ‘fuck it, the system is fucked beyond repair. It’s time to start over. ’.

While I hate the current goverment, calling the election stolen is wrong. Many Independents were swayed by the media. It is the Independents that decide the president.

That being said, the founding fathers gave us the ability to incide a civil war, as long as the goverment oversteps it's bounds. And it is getting dangerously close.

It's not wrong; there is an abundance of evidence that proves the election was fradulent, despite many people claiming otherwise.

As far as I'm concerned, until it is proven, then I don't give it much credence. Most of the people I hear it from are people who don't really know what they're saying. You know, that kind of person that doesn't know how to turn off caps.

So the Prosecution pulled out drone footage, not from the FBI, but some that was left on the Prosecutor's doorstep anonymously on Friday. I'm somewhat surprised the judge allowed that at all, typically one can't just introduce evidence willy-nilly and it's not cricket for the prosecution not to give copies of all evidence in play to the defense first. Also with no chain of custody by authorities, it's hard to show the evidence wasn't tampered with or edited.

This is... Honestly just kind of sad at this point...

Also I think their current witness might be either high or mentally challenged in some manner...

Prosecutor to the Blogger with a Lisp: "Would you consider handguns or chains more dangerous."

What the heck is this?

Edit: Was the Prosecutors last question really whether the Amateur Journalist wants to earn money by taking videos of things?

So uh a summary of the case so far, the Prosecutor accepted the carried a gun across state borders thing was a nothing burger. Rioter number 3 admitted he aimed his gun first. The Violent Rioters were and are legally recognized as Violent Rioters. Prosecutors Witness Testified that the Prosecution number 1 had requested he alter his testimony/statement. And the 2nd prosecuting lawyer displays anger issues.

Did I miss anything? Well other then the mental issues and violent assaults on that one rioters part being on official record now too.
