Roughly twenty percent of Israel's populace is Arabic, and most of them are Muslims. Given how a fair few of them serve in the Israeli army, that is actually a credit to Civic Nationalism: these people integrated/assimilated and see themselves as Israelis.

Israel is not full blown ethnonat, people just often mistake it for that as Israel aggressively looks out for its own interests.

I think it's due to several publicized cases of left wing academics with double citizenship championing unrestricted immigration for their host nations and the opposite for Israel. Same cunts also tend to defend immigrants when they attack jews in these host countries.

Arabs and Jews live separately, and largely do not mix. Arabs have their own schools and so on. That is basically the opposite of modern Western ideal of "multiculturalism", and is frankly the only way in which I see a multicultural / multiethnic society surviving.
 
Okay, I skimmed the thread. The reason the meme says the person flees to Israel is clearly to imply that disloyal Jews are behind the machinations that ruin society, and said Jews meanwhile free themselves of the consequences of their actions by fleeing to the place they're "really" loyal to. Textbook antisemitism.
