Kinda sorta but not really? The closest I can think of is the native American empires but while disease crippled them it was European actions and civil war that did them in. Had it not been for the conquistadors chances are they would have recovered in time albeit likely with some societal changes as happened in Europe after the Black Death. Disease is destabilizing and weakens nations but on it's own doesn't really kill them.
