Me, too. Just found out last year. Got Ventolin and Flovent inhalers for it. I stopped taking the Flovent because I didn't want to suppress my immune system with a goddamn steroid inhaler. I asked my doc if I should keep taking it, and she was like "Just keep taking it, it's not a problem", and I was like... fuuuuuuuuck that. Besides, Fluticasone is a good treatment if you already have COVID-19. I'm saving mine for if I really need it.

COVID-19 can cause severe and irreversible lung fibrosis that sometimes progresses to hemmorhagic necrosis of the lungs. One 66-year-old patient needed a double lung transplant after their lungs ended up looking like my mom's overcooked chicken liver.
I made a meme, but people downvoted it into oblivion because they didn't believe it.

They had to rip the lungs out of a 66-year-old man's chest and give him lungs from a freshly deceased person because his own lungs were dead.

So as of right now, according to John Hopkins University & Medicine, the total confirmed cases number 272,351, total deaths are 11,310, and total recovered are 87,965. This means that the percentage of those who have died versus recovered, is 7.7%; which is great news, considering how just a week ago it was 11.1%.

It is not yet an official order to shelter in place, but we're getting close. The Governor is strongly encouraging it. My wife and I are both minimizing time out of the house (we did some yard work today and that's it). She's 68 and has an autoimmnue issue, I'll be 69 in two weeks so we're trying to take care. Fortunately my employer is being very supportive of staff that need to do this.
That said, I'm going to be batshit crazy if this goes on too long. I'm editing a novel in preparation for self-publication and binge watching old war movies and science fiction. It's going to get old fast.
