The 2020 ballot stuffing was done only in like 4 cities that were very heavy D nation wide where the entire system was compromised thoroughly. Those cities will stay D and be stuffed, but in places where such cities don't weigh as much it won't work. Stuff as many votes in Chicago as you want, won't help your candidate win on the other side of the state where he is actually running.
