Hmmm... I would look into specialty head cheeses. Most don't include the brain of the pig, but I'm sure you could find one or more that do.
And if not, you could always make your own.

The person who will fullfill the role of augustus has not been born yet, and will likely not be born in our life time. Trump was the first Grachi brother.
We get a second populist leader after him and he will be the last chance to reform the system peacefully, if he fails.
Well after that we get full on civil war, then you get a sulla figure who in the name of saving the republic destroys it likely a optimate/democrat. Then you get full civil war again....
If the populist fraction wins and you get very lucky you get a ceasar some one who tries to fix things and then gets assasinated sparking more civil war until you get the Augustus.
If the Optimates fraction wins you get the twisted love child of stalin and hitler who goes out and mass murders people like crazy and murders any one who even looks like a liberal professor. Then after he dies you get civil war until you get an Augustus.
It all goes down to this, the Optimates, democrats ect their urban elites their power is directly tied to the cities. The problem with cities is that its a bitch and a half to have a family there so their population sinks. This is just built into the system. On top of that you have generations of mismanagement and a global credit crunch in two years.
The very foundation of their power their crumbling and the democratic position is even worse then the optimates, because the optimates have the defense of tradition. The democrats have attacked tradtion at every turn, their power is now based on declining aging cities, a shrinking money supply, a media that is growing less and less relevant. Their power is in decline hence why they are freaking out.
And in trying to maintain power at all cost they insure its loss.

Can be regular stress too. I remember a kid in school who fainted during the 3 minute vigil held after 9/11. (He got chewed out badly by the headmaster for that...)

Update now that I am 48hrs out from my first vaccine:
I had some mild joint pains (nothing worse than the flu) that started yesterday when I woke up. My arm was very sore, as well. I also had some significant fatigue yesterday. But after a good nights sleep I am back to normal.

Sounds round about right. My flu jab left me a bit tired and achy with a headache, but like you a good sleep set me straight.
I feel like this jab isn't quite as frightening as some on the Right have spooked themselves into believing.

For those who do not know, this type of vaccine (Pfizer one at least) infects some of your muscle cells so that they produce a form of the virus. The thing is, that form of the virus is not capable of reproduction, so your immune system learns to fight it. In the process of fighting it, you still get some illness symptoms, but once your muscle tissue at the injection site stops producing the neutered virus, that's it, it's done.
