Yeah skimming over the recent news headlines it looks like DC, Houston, the States of New Hampshire, Indiana, Minnesota, Kentucky etc have decided on a temporary closure, typically about two weeks, for dine in services to help slow this virus down and prevent it from overtaxing the health care system.

I do think the coronavirus is just a taste of a true pandemic. Sooner or later there will be a big one, one that actually kills people by the millions.
I went to Food Lion today. People (Out of towners) were grabbing Toilet Paper while I was casually walking around picking up canned Spagettti and beans. Yeah I found it hard to keep a shit eating grin from forming on my face at them running around like chickens with their heads cut off.

If a tissue can be used to stop a transmission via sneezing, logic therefore dictates wrapping yourself up in tissues like a Mummy will protect you completely.

Oh they're going for food and water too; it's just that the news and social media tends to focus on stories about stores running out of toilet paper, instead of other things people are grabbing like water bottles and rice, because with the former they get to invoke toilet humor.
